During the Republic of China, mass cultural facilities mainly consisted of small stages, and most stages were integrated with temple stages, one for each temple. There are five temples in Chengxiang Town, including Guandi, Guanyin, Chenghuang, Sanjie, and Dawang. Except for Dawang Temple, the other four temples all have a stage. In the 24th year of the Republic of China (1935), the Zhongshan Theater was built on Natong Street, the Zhenjiang Theater was built in Chengxiang Town in the 34th year of the Republic of China, and a stage was built on the street in Nanwei in the 37th year of the Republic of China.

During the "Cultural Revolution", the cultural night school of the production team was changed into a political night school, which became a venue for "fighting private affairs and criticizing revisionism". In 1975, there were 1,271 political night schools for production teams with 4,041 counselors.

From 1980 to 1983, Nanwei, Natong, Dujie, Xiaolin, Nazhong, Xiadeng and other villages (streets) raised their own funds and built stages one after another. Among them, Nanwei, Natong and Dujie are surrounded by brick walls and have become open-air theaters that can accommodate thousands of spectators.

The cliffs are located on Zhuozi Mountain southwest of Duoquantun, Wangchao Village, Nanwei Township. There are two places on the left and right, 15 meters above the ground. The one on the left is 115 cm high and 155 cm wide. It is written in block letters and reads: "It was the winter of Wuwu in Jiajing when I passed by Nanya. Dujie and Wancheng were fighting for territory, and the war was turbulent on the border. I patrolled the passes to appease them. The place was occupied for a long time and it was difficult to recover. Therefore, each book was divided into stone boundaries, and there were disputes over the mountains. The book was written by Yao Juyi of Jinjiang. One piece is in cursive script and begins with the words "Long Ai Renshen teaches his son to leave a prayer". The rest of the writing is blurred and cannot be read.

The Xigeng Stone is located in the field southwest of Baichao Village, Yangwan Township. This stone is 4.1 meters long, 2.5 meters high and 3.4 meters wide. It has three characters "Xigeng Stone" engraved on it. According to legend, this rock was often a place for farmers to rest while farming. During the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty, Yao Juyi, the magistrate of the county, came here and was so moved by the scene that he carved a "rest farming stone" on the south wall of the rock. The inscription was "Dongli in Wuwu, Jiajing, written on the cliff by Yao Juyi of Jinjiang." , Supervisor Chen Shangde”. On the road 20 meters away, the writing "Xigenshi" can still be seen clearly.
