There is a cover under the lens on the front of the camera. Open the lid. The screw is in the lower right corner. After opening the lid, there is an ABCD4 button inside. Press a and d simultaneously and hold for five seconds. It will restore to factory settings. Press and hold c and d for more than 5 seconds to delete all data in the camera. Pressing c and d continuously for more than 5 seconds will start the battery expansion.
