5. Translation quality:

Translators should translate manuscripts accurately, smoothly, concisely and appropriately. In case of conflict due to quality problems, it shall be submitted to a third party recognized by both parties for judgment.

6. Original version

If the client modifies the manuscript and the translator needs to modify the translation accordingly, the revision fee will be charged according to the degree of modification, or the revised manuscript will be charged at the unit price again after charging the translation fee for the manuscript. Additional translation will be charged separately.

7. Stop translating

If the client requests to stop translation in the process of translation, the client shall calculate the translation fee to the translator at the agreed unit price according to the translation progress and the number of words translated by the translator.

7. Submission method

Translators can submit manuscripts in any of the following ways according to their specific needs: printed manuscripts, computer floppy disks, faxes and emails.

The translator is not responsible for the copyright of the contents of the documents entrusted by the entrusting party, and the entrusting party takes full responsibility. Confidentiality: Translators take translation as their profession, abide by the professional ethics of translation, and keep the contents of their translations confidential.

This contract is made in duplicate, one for each party, and shall come into effect after being signed and sealed by the authorized person.

8. Quality assurance: After Party A provides the original manuscript to Party B, Party B must complete the progress of the whole translation project as soon as possible.

The scheme is provided for Party A's reference, and some problems in the translation project are also referred to. Party A is obliged to answer.

These consultations. Party B guarantees that there are no production and technical defects in the delivered translation. Regarding the consistency between the translation and the original meaning, Party B agrees to this agreement.

Let's make a comprehensive guarantee for this. Party B does not guarantee what results can be achieved by using this translation, nor is it responsible for the direct or indirect results. If Party A thinks that the received translation is defective, it shall notify Party B within the confirmation period, and it will be invalid after the deadline. Party B shall revise and improve the translation defects pointed out by Party A as soon as possible. If Party B fails to correct, improve or modify the defects within the specified time after Party A points out them, and there are still serious mistakes, Party B shall return 50% of the total translation fee to Party A. ..

Nine. Limited liability: Party B undertakes the following limited liabilities under this contract:

(1) The original materials provided by Party B to Party A shall be kept confidential forever, and the original materials and their contents shall not be disclosed to a third party without authorization, nor shall they be used for other purposes without authorization; Otherwise, Party A reserves the right to resort to law (2) Party B guarantees that the translated sentences are fluent and conform to the grammatical rules and habits of written language; And make the translation as consistent as possible with the original meaning.

X. Exemption clause: Party B shall not be directly or jointly liable for the following events under this contract:

(2) All losses caused by errors in the original text;

(3) All losses caused by the inconsistency between the translation and the original;

(4) All and any losses caused by Party A's rewriting or loss after receiving the translation.

1 1. If Party A fails to pay in time without justifiable reasons, it shall pay 0.5% of the amount owed as liquidated damages on a daily basis.
