Help 5S train skills and intersperse short stories.

In the practice of implementing 5S management in enterprises, many skills can be adopted, and here is only a brief introduction. The first skill we can use is the "red card warning": that is, put a red sign where there is a problem, that is, mark the problem with eye-catching color and expose it insufficiently. The object of sticking a red card can be places and things that need improvement, such as sanitary corners, equipment that needs cleaning, tools that are not placed according to regulations, and so on. The standard of sticking a red card is mainly aimed at items that are unknown, deteriorated and expired: it is necessary to judge the standard of red card.

When posting a red card for nonconforming items, it is necessary to clarify the object and criteria of the red card: avoid posting a red card to your own department; The interval of execution is once a week, and the interval of posting red cards is too short, which puts great pressure on employees, easily arouses resentment and is not conducive to the smooth progress of activities. If the interval between posting red cards is too long, it is not conducive to supervision, making employees feel that the implementation is not enough, resulting in slack thinking. If all departments have objections to the red card, they can appeal to the higher authorities.

The second technique is "fixed-point photography". We can record the situation before and after the implementation of 5S in a certain area or at various stages of the production site by taking photos, and let employees know the improvement results through comparative display, or as a factual basis for evaluation. We use the same photographic equipment, shoot at the same place and from the same angle, and shoot at the same range of objects. The shooting date should be recorded, and the photos should be publicized on the company bulletin board for publicity and evaluation.

The third implementation skill is "identity management". In the process of implementation, the management objects such as materials, articles and material shelves can be clearly marked, so that every employee can know "what is that, where and how many". For example, at the beginning of the implementation of 5S activities, the quality inspection department can take the lead in using product identification cards in each process, which indicate the product name, product batch number, product assembly number and so on. Employees can clearly know the content of processed products, so as not to lose or drop parts, and avoid many bad phenomena caused by unclear identification in the process of sequence change.

The fourth implementation skill is "Kanban management", including bulletin board, management board and publicity board. The effectiveness of 5S can be demonstrated and publicized through the comprehensive use of several billboards. The company can use the publicity board, and the 5S Implementation Committee stipulates that the nonconformities should be summarized once a week, and then all departments should be rectified within a time limit.
