How to take a clear photo in backlight (SLR)?

1. Using a reflector

In fact, the key to solving backlight shooting is to fill the light. Because the light source is behind, the image on the front will be relatively dark, causing shadows. If you use a reflector on the front at this time, you can solve the backlight problem. The reflector can be bought in general photography shops, and friends who have the conditions can buy a reflector for a rainy day.

2, using backlight compensation function

At present, digital cameras on the market are generally equipped with backlight compensation function, and the subject can be lightened by backlight compensation technology. When shooting a backlit object, if you shoot it in the automatic mode of the digital camera, then the former must be that the subject or character is all black and the background is bright and dazzling, while the latter is that the lights are blurred in the dark and you can't see what you are shooting at all. In order to solve the above problems, press the backlight compensation key when backlighting. When the indicator light appears in the viewfinder or on the LCD screen, you can shoot backlighting, and then you can clearly see the object we want to shoot. After shooting, press the backlight compensation key again to remove the backlight compensation state, and the indicator light on the LCD screen will disappear. It should be noted that the backlight key does not work when the exposure is manually adjusted.

3. Adjust the exposure value by manual aperture

If your digital camera doesn't have the backlight compensation function, you can also turn on the manual aperture adjustment function when shooting backlight, and appropriately improve the exposure value, which can also achieve the goal, but this time it depends on the manual adjustment skills.
