You have to ask your employer. If a Japanese company is willing to hire you, it is ok.

Now that the economy is in recession, the unemployment rate in Japan has reached a record high, and it is very difficult for Japanese people to find jobs, let alone foreigners. People who want to go to Japan really need to think about it. Money in Japan is not easy to earn. It is not an economic power 20 years ago. China is a good place to earn money now.

Summarize the necessary conditions for working in Japan. If the following content makes you depressed, if you don't have these things, or you are still working hard, please don't be disappointed, don't give up, don't be sad, believe in yourself and stick to it. God is fair to everyone.

1. Real Japanese ability

What is emphasized here is something other than the Japanese proficiency certificate. There are countless people with a first-class certificate in this era … But how much Japanese can you speak and write with a first-class certificate? Can you contact the Japanese talent agency independently in Japanese, then attend the interview in Japanese, communicate with different people in Japanese, fight for your rights in Japanese, and tell others what you are good at, what you want to do and what you can contribute to the company in Japanese ...

This is necessary, of course, if it is in the form of studying abroad or exporting labor services, it is another matter. Please always remember that no matter Japanese or English, any language is just a communication tool, not an ability. For example, will you be proud to speak Chinese? In Japan, Japanese is only the most basic survival tool. More than 90% of foreigners living in Japan can speak Japanese fluently, among which China is the largest. If you were a Japanese company, would you hire a Japanese speaker from abroad to work in Japan?

In short, a foreign language can bring you more opportunities, but it can never be your trump card in the workplace ~

(Except, of course, the translator. However, in fact, an excellent translator should keep abreast of knowledge and information from all walks of life. It is almost impossible for him to be an excellent translator if he only knows languages. )

3. Education

This is actually very important, but I put it at the end because I personally don't want to touch on this topic.

After I went to Japan, I met the headhunter of the talent agency for several months for the first time. He told me that when he went to the visa company to apply for my visa, the first thing people asked him was: "Is she a four-year full-time undergraduate graduate? Is the school famous? " Later, people from the intermediary company told me that according to the data obtained by their company last year, the employment rate of Japanese students in Japan was only 5%. Except for technicians, it was unheard of for those who came to Japan for employment without studying abroad, and I was the first time for their company to introduce successful Japanese who did not live in China.

I just said I didn't want to mention it because I know that the first two points can be obtained through personal efforts, but if the third point has missed the time, our country has no way at present. But as far as I know, the first criterion for most enterprises to recruit from abroad is the domestic full-time undergraduate Wen Pin. If the school is not famous, it will be relatively difficult to obtain a long-term work visa. Although this is unreasonable. But as an ironclad fact, I must list it here first.

I list these contents not to discourage you, nor to tell you that it is impossible to go to Japan. I just want you to see how far you are from your ideal. I want you to know that if you really have a dream, you should start working hard now, instead of wasting precious time with unrealistic fantasies every day.

Although I started my first blog titled "How to Work in Japan" with the idea of sharing my working experience in Japan from the beginning, in fact, my purpose is not to encourage everyone to work in Japan. What I really want to convey through this blog is that as long as you work hard and persist, as long as you have a dream, you will definitely find your own way. Because everyone is the most special existence, there is no second person in this world to replace. As long as you can find what you are good at, like and believe in yourself, even if you have nothing now, your future is still infinite.

Regarding the above three points, in the past few years, I have experienced a process from scratch. I will share my specific experience and thoughts on these three points in future blog posts ~
