What is persistence? Let go of persistence.

We walk on the road of life, even if we meet a straight road, there will be some pebbles and bumps in the process of walking, which is normal.

But if you want to build a building, it will be built on a cliff and will be blown by the strong wind of 12. But you have to build it on a cliff, and then in order to save the building, you have to tie it with a rope to fight the hurricane. This is perseverance. You don't know what kind of environment you are in.

What is visible is the environment, but what is invisible is karma. If you don't know what goes around comes around and what's going on in this invisible industry, if you do things in this situation, that's persistence.

The superficial manifestation of unconsciousness is that you can't see your things in the wrong place in a space. In fact, persistence is a deep manifestation of ignorance. In deep awareness, what you can't see is not just that something has not returned to its place, but the cause and effect of things. You fell down, then you got up again, hit the wall, fell down again, and got up again. You kept hitting the wall, and you didn't know how to walk around. You thought it was perseverance, and you couldn't tell the relationship between perseverance, will and persistence. Therefore, persistence is a manifestation of ignorance and unwise.

The word "persistence" in practice scares many people. Many people don't understand what persistence is. What is letting go of persistence?

Life without the golden mean will be particularly stiff, and you will be timid if you can't find your place in real life. This is why Xi Zhi Yoga advocates living on the ground.

You should love life very much and actively promote many things: active work and active life.

Positive but not persistent, hard but not persistent, this balance point should be found right: not persistent.

However, it is not good to be completely persistent. As a family, we need a little persistence in real life, so this persistence is the same as the five poisons. If you get rid of it completely, you are a hermit and a monk. You don't have to get along with humans, just go to the cave to meditate.

So we should find a balance between loving life and not being persistent and measure it well.

Mastering this balance and discretion also requires skill. Just like a skater, at first, he always falls, either to the left or to the right. When you are proficient and your consciousness is improved, you will often feel it with your heart, and you will be very comfortable. It's like walking a tightrope. After mastering it, the balance will be good!
