According to the provisions of Article 22 and Article 24 of the Surveying and Mapping Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), units engaged in surveying and mapping activities shall obtain surveying and mapping qualification certificates of corresponding grades and business scope according to law, and shall not authorize or entrust surveying and mapping activities to units without surveying and mapping qualifications. Otherwise, it will be punished according to the provisions of Articles 42 and 43 of the Surveying and Mapping Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).
