How to finish the post-production of time-lapse photography with PRE?

Step 1 Project Settings

1. Start Pr, enter the "Welcome Page" of Premiere, and click New Project.

2. In the "New Project" dialog box opened later, click the browse button behind the address bar to determine the saving location of the project file; Enter the project name in the Name column; You can set the acquisition format to "HDV" (as shown in the figure below). Leave the default values for other items, and click OK to enter the New Series dialog box.

3. According to the production needs, set an effective preset value in the New Sequence dialog box, such as "1080I50" in this example; Define a name for the video clip in the Sequence Name field, such as Sunset.

4. Keep the default settings for other tabs, and click [OK] to enter the Pr editing page.

Step 2 Material Import and Editing

1. Click the Import submenu under the File menu in the Pr menu bar.

2. Open the folder where the photo sequence files are stored in the Import dialog box, click the file with the first serial number in the photo sequence, select the image sequence item at the bottom of the dialog box (as shown in the figure below), and then click the Open button.

3. In the project window at the lower left of the Pr editing window, you can see additional thumbnails of the newly imported material.

4. Click the thumbnail of the material with the mouse and drag it to the "Video 1" track of the audio/video editor on the right. In the initial state of the system, the "Material Mismatch Warning" dialog box as shown in the following figure may pop up.

5. Click the change sequence setting button to close the warning prompt, and the "material" will be dragged into the "video 1" track, and the first video picture of the material will be displayed in the "program" preview window at the upper right of the window.

6. Click the play function key in the "Program" preview window to test the playback effect of the delayed video.

There is no problem in the test, and it can be exported and made into a video file.

Step 3 Export the delayed video.

1. Open the menu file of Pr → Export → Media in turn.

2. The Export Settings dialog box will open.

3. In the Export Settings dialog box, you can set audio and video parameters according to your own production requirements.

If you are using a version of Pr that is not officially authorized by Adobe, it is recommended to choose the format of "H.264".

4. Click the file name link after the output name to set the file name and storage location of the exported video clip. Click the Save button after confirmation to return to the Export Settings dialog box.

5. Cancel the option of exporting audio (the video file generated by time-lapse photography itself does not contain audio track data).

6. Keep other items as system defaults, and click the Export button in the lower right corner to enter the video coding export process. ...

7. When the system automatically returns to the editing window of Pr, the video export is over.
