However, according to the survey, due to the prevalence of foreign diners, China people are seriously short of fruits and vegetables. If the body lacks phytonutrients for a long time, it may affect the body function and let the disease take advantage of it!
Immune upgrade of white, blue-purple and orange fruits and vegetables
Professor Zhang Suqiong mentioned that phytonutrients are chemical substances rich in physiological activities in plants. According to the recent research results, plant nutrients can provide a way to start cell self-regulation, so that cells can maintain normal physiological response and inhibit virus attacks on cells, thus achieving the effect of enhancing immunity.
At present, there are more than 40 known plant nutrients, among which soybean isoflavones, flavonoids, polyphenols and sulfides are rich in content, which can effectively add points to immunity. Regarding how people who eat out can eat healthier, nutritionist Vicky responded that people who eat out should reduce oil and meat and increase the proportion of vegetables and fruits. Take an adult's daily calorie requirement of 2000 calories as an example. Eat at least 4 servings of vegetables and 3 servings of fruits every day, and try to choose fruits and vegetables with different colors to supplement different phytonutrients.
The best way is to prepare lunch at home, or buy fruit instead of snacks. Usually, if time doesn't allow, it is quite practical to order more hot dishes or sauerkraut when eating out. It is helpful to improve immunity and spirit while getting enough plant nutrients.
