19 should be the best state I have reached so far. I gained weight successfully in the early stage, and then I brushed the fat for nearly two months, with clear outline and obvious muscle state. At the same time, I also met many friends who work out together, many of whom are professional. I exercise with them, correct my mistakes, make rapid progress, and feel more and more inadequate.
The more you know about an industry, the more you will respect it. If I used to practice whatever I wanted, now I know more about the limit I can reach and work hard for it. Fitness is more of a habit for me now, such as eating and fitness, habitually shopping to see the ingredient list, keeping low sodium and low fat intake, exercising four or five times a week, going to bed as early as possible, trying to bring your own food and being a chicken breast killer. I seem to be used to it, becoming a part of my life and a way to relax. I don't smoke, I don't like drinking, I'm not good at chess, and I don't have many friends. Seems a little lonely and boring. Fitness has brought me many new friends, healthy body and spiritual enrichment. It seems that this choice was very correct.
