How to turn a table into
Usually, in order to copy the table content of Excel into a picture and insert it into a Word document, we can grab it by pressing the PrintScreen key on the keyboard besides using the picture capture software. In these two methods, the former is realized by means of third-party software, while the latter is simple, but the pictures taken have to be cut and scaled.
In fact, Excel also provides a more convenient way to copy table contents into pictures. The operation is simple. Come and have a look with me. 1. Copying the selection into a picture "China Computer Education News" once introduced holding down the Shift key in the Word window and then clicking the "File" menu. At this time, there are two more commands, namely "Close All" and "Save All", which are very practical.
When operating in Excel, only the close all command appears in the file menu, but when I hold down the Shift key and click the edit menu, I find that the original copy and paste commands in the edit menu have become copy and paste pictures respectively. However, two commands let me accidentally discover this method of copying table contents into pictures in Excel.
First, select the cell range that needs to be copied as a picture, hold down the Shift key, click the Edit menu, and select the Copy Picture command to open the Copy Picture dialog box. According to the default settings of the system (that is, select As Screen and Picture for Appearance and Format respectively), click OK. At this point, the selected table area is copied to a picture.
If you need to paste, just hold down the Shift key, click the edit menu, and select the paste picture command (or choose the paste special command from the edit menu without pressing the Shift key as a picture paste), or you can paste it into other software. 2. In addition to copying the cell area into a picture by the above method, the photography operation of selecting the area also provides a very simple tool to capture the picture in Excel, which is the "photography" tool.
This button can be dragged and dropped into the toolbar through the following operations: right-click the toolbar, select a custom command, click the command tab in the pop-up custom dialog box, select a tool in the category in the left box, find a photography tool in the command in the right box, and drag and drop it into the toolbar for later use. When operating, first select the cell area to be copied as a picture, and click the "Photography" button in the toolbar. At this point, a virtual box will appear around the selection, and the mouse pointer will become a "+"cross. At this point, click the mouse and the selected content will be pasted as a picture.
If the data in the source data table changes in this copied picture, the corresponding data in the corresponding picture will also change accordingly. However, after pasting into other software, the data in the corresponding position is fixed and will not change.
2. How to turn the contents in EXCEL into pictures?
The steps to turn the contents of EXCEL into pictures are as follows:
1. First, we open the excel worksheet. After opening, we select the table that needs to be converted into a picture. After it is selected, right-click and click "Copy" in the drop-down options.
2. After clicking the Copy button, we move the mouse to the "Paste" position in the upper right corner of the work and click the Paste button.
3. Click the Paste button to drop down the options. When we move the mouse to "as a picture", we will drop down the options. At this point, we click the "Copy as Picture" button in the drop-down option.
4. Click the Copy as Picture button to pop up the dialog box as shown in the figure. At this time, we can click the "OK" button below.
5. Click and then click the Paste button, and then click the Paste as Picture button in the drop-down options.
6. After clicking, you will find that the cells that were originally in the form of tables have now become in the form of pictures, indicating that our operation has been successful. This solves the problem of converting the contents in EXCEL into pictures.
3. How to directly convert Excel table contents into pictures?
Yes, but I haven't found a simple method yet. The function you mentioned is very easy to use. You can change the structure of the report at will without splitting cells. You can turn excel data into a picture format. This picture can be changed according to the data in the target cell. At the same time, it has the characteristics of pictures and can be flexibly resized. It is very flexible and convenient. The steps are as follows:
1, insert object
2. Select a bitmap image
3. Then confirm that you can see a blank bitmap in excel.
4. Click on the blank bitmap (the cell value is =EMBED("Paint. Picture ",").
5.Change =EMBED("Paint。 Picture ",") to =A 1:C 10, and then you can change the data from A 1 to C 10 to picture =A 1:C 10.
By the way, this bitmap has the function of drawing, and you can draw some special images on it.
Please tell me if there is an easier way (a friend told me what camera to use and so on)! thank you
