How to make a photo border

way

1. First press ctrl+A to select all images.

2. Then find the stroke command in the editor. At this time, a stroke dialog box will pop up, and the color and width of the border will be selected according to the image. Then click OK to complete the basic border.

3. After completing the basic border, copy the background layer, and (hide the background layer) perform the next operation on the copy of the background layer.

4. Use the rectangle drawing tool to draw a rectangle with an appropriate size (just a little larger than the border). Then right-click and select the deselected option.

5. Then click the "Filter" command (you can choose the stroke filter, choose the appropriate filter yourself, or use multiple filters at the same time).

6. Adjust the filter effect to create a suitable border effect. When you are finished, you can save the image.
