Membership rules of China Photographers Association

Legal analysis: The membership rules of China Photographers Association are formulated according to the relevant provisions of the Constitution of China Photographers Association adopted by the Eighth National Congress of China Photographers Association (hereinafter referred to as "China Photographers Association") in February 20 12. Basic requirements of the applicant: 1. At least 18 years old; 2. Citizens of People's Republic of China (PRC); I agree with the articles of association of China Photographers Association and apply for it myself.

Article 1 The Chinese Photographers Association is a professional people's organization composed of photographers and photographers of all ethnic groups in China under the leadership of the Communist Party of China. It is a group member of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, a bridge and link between the party and the government and the photography industry, and an important force for the prosperity and development of China's photography industry and the construction of advanced socialist culture.

Article 2 The purpose of this Association is to hold high the great banner of Socialism with Chinese characteristics, thoroughly implement Scientific Outlook on Development under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents, organize and guide photographers, photographers to emancipate their minds, adhere to the direction of literature and art serving the people and socialism, and actively participate in reform, opening up and socialist modernization. Carry forward and cultivate the national spirit and the spirit of the times, establish and practice the socialist concept of honor and disgrace, develop and prosper Socialism with Chinese characteristics's photography culture, promote scientific development, promote social harmony, and work hard to win new victories in building a well-off society in an all-round way and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
