Jin Yan (1969-20 13), female, Australian Chinese, 1969 was born in a musical family in March. She has been influenced by music since childhood, loves music and has a high musical talent. At the age of 6, he began to learn cello with his father Jin (a violin professor). At the age of 9, he was admitted to the primary school affiliated to the Central Conservatory of Music (the only cello student enrolled in China) with excellent results, and studied under Professor Chen Yuan.

1980 was admitted to the middle school attached to the Central Conservatory of Music;

1986 He was admitted to the Orchestral Department of the Central Conservatory of Music with the first place in his major, studied under Professor Huang Yuanli and Professor Wang Xiang, visited nine European countries twice with the China Youth Symphony Orchestra, and performed on the same stage with internationally renowned conductors.

1990 graduated from the cello department of the Central Conservatory of Music and went to the University of Melbourne, Australia for a master's degree with a full scholarship. He studied under Nelson Cook, the former chief of London Philharmonic Orchestra, England, and served as a teaching assistant. During this period, he performed piano trio by elgar, Saint-Sang and Beethoven in collaboration with Melbourne Youth Symphony Orchestra, and was invited to perform variations of Rococo and elgar cello concerto in collaboration with Melbourne Art Festival twice in 199 1 year and 1992.

199 1 year, at the invitation of the famous Japanese conductor H. LWAKI, he played the Beethoven Trio Concerto with the Victoria Orchestra and made a TV broadcast.

1993 won a scholarship from Melbourne University to study in Yugoslavia and Croatia. Under the tutelage of Professor Valter Despalj Palj (a world-famous cellist), he held two solo concerts in Yugoslavia, and was interviewed by Yugoslav national television and broadcast live. A year later, he went to London, England to participate in various music social activities, and signed a performance with the Komrath Symphony Orchestra.

1995 was invited to play the cello concerto "dvorak" with the China Radio Symphony Orchestra, which had a strong response in the China music industry and was well received by experts. Later, he was hired as a cello teacher by the Orchestral Department of the Central Conservatory of Music.

In 2000, he went to the United States to study with Robert Demetri, the chief of Detroit Symphony Orchestra. He has worked with Wayne State University Symphony Orchestra for Hayden Concerto in D major, and has been working in the orchestra, successively working in Alabama, Houston University and New World Symphony Orchestra;

From 2004 to 2007, she worked in the Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra in Detroit, USA.

Jin Yan is the youngest world-class cello soloist in Australia! This is the evaluation of Jin Yan's collaboration with Melbourne Symphony Orchestra in playing variations on Tchaikovsky Rococo theme in Melbourne, Australia by Australian Progressive Publishing House 1990.

In 2008, he was introduced by the Music School of Zhaoqing University in Guangdong Province (foreign professor).
