Obligations of Party B:

1. Party B shall design the project according to Party A's requirements. Seven. Liability for breach of contract:

Where Party A delays the payment time without reason, it shall pay Party B a penalty of 1.5% per day.

2. Party B shall design the brochure according to the terms of this contract and the requirements agreed by both parties, and deliver the draft brochure to Party A at the agreed time. Seven. Liability agreement
