Collection value of domestic old cameras
The camera factory in China was mainly built around the Great Leap Forward. There were seven camera manufacturers in Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Harbin, Hangzhou and Nanjing. The varieties produced are Dalai Lama, Changhong, Temple of Heaven and Great Wall of Beijing Camera Factory; Happiness of Tianjin Camera Factory, July 1st, Morning Light and the East; Shanghai, Seagull, Red Flag and Dongfeng of Shanghai Camera Factory; Guangzhou Wuyang and Guangzhou Zhujiang camera factory; Panda and peacock in Harbin camera factory; West Lake of Hangzhou Camera Factory; Nanjing Purple Mountain Film Machinery Factory, etc. There are about 1000 cameras with different performances. At present, most of these cameras have been retired, but they can be collected when they can't play. Many of them have changed from photographers to collectors, and their owners, owners and functions have changed, but their values remain unchanged, and some even far exceed their original values.
Camera collection is becoming more and more popular in modern society. In China, the collection of cameras can be traced back to the 1940s or earlier. Among them, the representative Zhang Yinquan is an accomplished photographer. While creating photography, he also pays attention to the development of photographic equipment and plans to collect some outdated old cameras. Hu Zhiren, Chen's son, etc. Influenced by Zhang Yinquan, he became a fan of camera collection and formed an early camera collector in China. The upsurge of collecting old domestic cameras began after the 1990s. With the increase of the number of participants, the market price keeps rising.
There are three main reasons for the sudden emergence of old camera collections in China:
First, the hammer prices that are constantly being refurbished at major auctions have opened up the imagination of the domestic camera collection prospects. Among them, Red Flag 20, the king's demeanor, has become the flag variety of domestic camera collection due to the soaring market transaction price in recent years. Hongqi 20 is produced by Shanghai Camera No.2 Factory, 1969 to 1977. Hongqi 20 is based on the most advanced German Lycra M3 of 135 models at that time, but the actual production is far from perfect. In the eight years before and after, the total output of Hongqi 20 was only 200 vehicles. It is precisely because the output is extremely small that the collection value of Hongqi 20 has been repeatedly raised. Guardian held a camera auction in the early stage, and a red flag 20 with a starting price of10.2 million yuan was finally smashed at a sky-high price of 26,000 yuan. However, according to experts' calculations, if this Red Flag 20 is equipped with a wide-angle lens and a 90mm lens, the actual value should be around 70,000 yuan. Is Red Flag 20 recognized by camera collectors? Rare treasures? Its value far exceeds the Leica M camera made in Germany.
Secondly, the total output of domestic old cameras is relatively limited, which provides a theoretical basis for its collection value to climb. Taking 120 camera as an example, statistics show that by the end of 1987, the national total output was only 3.4 million. The average service life of the camera is between 10 years and 15 years. Coupled with other man-made destruction factors, there are not many cameras that can be completely preserved now. There are nearly one million photographers and collectors in China, and the number is increasing year by year to some extent. The contradiction between the two is balanced, and the shortage of supply will become more and more prominent. This contradiction is precisely the basis of the price increase of domestic old cameras. Several cameras that appear in the auction every year, such as the first generation camera of New China, Dalai Lama, only produced 12 cameras at that time, while July 1st produced 2 cameras. ? ""? Although the output of Dongfeng produced during the period was higher, it was only 84 vehicles. ? Quantity? With what? Price? This is a seesaw. Quantity? Can't you get in the car? Price? Naturally, it will fly high into the sky.
Third, the domestic market price of used cameras is relatively low, which is conducive to the expansion and development of camera collection teams. Although rare cameras such as Red Flag 20 and Dalai Lama are expensive, the market price of most cameras is still at a low level. For example, the price of Phoenix 205A camera is only 160 yuan, and the price of Seagull 4A is only 360 yuan. The price of early remake cameras entering the collection field is only 1400 yuan. This price is especially suitable for investors. Instead of paying attention to foreign high-end old cameras, it is better to pay attention to domestic old cameras. With the same capital, the price is lower, the market is bigger and the risk is smaller. For collectors, why not spend the least cost and study the camera structure and the camera manufacturing history in China to the greatest extent?
Strictly speaking, the collection of old cameras in China is still in its infancy, but the development space is quite open. With the passage of time, with the further expansion of collection awareness to the photography industry, I believe that even the low-grade varieties with average performance will have a substantial increase in market prices.
Domestic old camera collection price
At present, the domestic old camera collection fever has just arisen, and the domestic old camera market exists? Leak? Opportunity. In recent years, the prices of some brand cameras produced in the 1930s and 1950s in China have risen rapidly, because there are not many well-preserved old cameras, and some old cameras that sold for only a few hundred yuan at that time now cost thousands of dollars, and the return on investment is considerable. There are also domestic brand-name cameras widely used by domestic people in the 1960s and 1980s, and there is considerable room for appreciation. For example, Beijing SZ- 1 camera made in 1970, 10 only cost more than 500 yuan a year ago, and now its value has exceeded 3,000 yuan. Made in New China in the 1960s and 1970s? Red flag? 、? Shanghai? 、? Seagull? Cameras and? Dongfeng? At present, the market value of cameras is maintained at around 4,500-5,500 yuan, and these brands of cameras are also indispensable in the special collection of cameras in China.
In the past ten years, Zhang Qiang, a camera enthusiast in Zhongshan, has collected about 400 cameras, most of which are old domestic cameras, including the first camera in Zhongshan during the Republic of China. ? At present, the price of old cameras in Europe and America is decreasing at a rate of 5%- 10% per year, while domestic cameras are steadily increasing. There are about 20,000 people who collect cameras in China, but there are only a few dozen people in the system. ? Zhang Qiang said that with the improvement of people's living standards, the demand for camera collection will be more vigorous, and the value of domestic cameras relative to civilian use will be further enhanced.
