Oliver queen, worth hundreds of millions of dollars, capsized and ran aground in the South China Sea of China. Five years later, a passing fishing boat found Oliver and saved him. When he returned to his hometown of Sterling, he was warmly welcomed by his family and friends, but they didn't know that Oliver Quinn was no longer the dude he used to be.

What happened on the island exposed some dark history of the Quinn family, and at the same time put Oliver's body and mind to a double test.
