A list of British movies: The director of Dark Hours filmed Dunkirk earlier than Nolan.

Ten years later, joe wright filmed Dunkirk again!

I heard that Dark Hours is a biographical film about an old English man. I am not interested in it. Historical figures of Churchill's tonnage are always photographed.

Joe wright, it is this name that caught my attention. The director who produced Atonement and Pride and Prejudice. Ten years ago, in Atonement, I first saw (You K) and Zhan (Professor X in the X-Men) who have become popular all over the world.

Also in Atonement, I saw love and a long shot that lasted for 5 minutes. The picture followed a beautiful eye all over Na Pianhai Beach, and then returned to a beautiful blue eye. This long shot is the famous Dunkirk retreat.

I suspect that joe wright has a Dunkirk complex. Me too, starting with atonement. I know I can't stop myself from walking into the cinema.

That's the familiar joe wright formula, neat and exquisite pictures, smooth and delicate narrative, and English breakfast and British fashion in those details ... From costumes to actors' performances, Churchill is Churchill, 1940 is 1940, and Britain is Britain.

I have no resistance to such exquisite British movies, especially those with such charming characters as "Although thousands of people have gone". After watching "Dark Hours", I recommend several films with great background and personality.

The character was critical of breakfast as soon as he appeared, and was appointed prime minister at the crucial moment. Without the trust of the king, the voice of opposition is even louder in the cabinet formed by himself. Under the long-term appeasement policy of the western world, in the face of crazy Nazis, Europe has been unable to resist, and American isolationism shattered Churchill's early desire for alliance.

The victory of justice is not designed at the beginning of the script. Perhaps peace achieved through compromise can bring happiness to the country and people more than justice? How many young lives will this war take from France and Belgium, which have lost in succession?

Under the weight of doubt and sadness, the breath of despair once made justice and victory seem out of reach.

The film takes Churchill's internal resistance in the execution of "Operation Generator" (the code name of Dunkirk retreat) as the main contradiction, and also shows Churchill's extraordinary enthusiasm and eloquent political talent to the fullest.

In despair, generate has a firmer hope, bravely walks in the forefront in the dark, and leads people to move on with passionate voice and wise mind. Victory belongs to a nation that never gives up, and justice belongs to a warrior who dares to fight for it.

The best thing about Joe Wright is that Churchill saw the photo in his secretary's wallet. The secretary told Churchill that it was her brother who died in the war. The two men looked at each other and avoided each other, but there was a long but not awkward silence.

Exploring the emotions of the characters in such a vague and straightforward way, the photographer seems to be asleep, the characters are silent, and the director can't see them, leaving the audience to think: What is Churchill thinking at the moment?

I didn't see Dunkirk's scene in Dark Hour, probably because the director shot enough long shots for five minutes in Atonement. But in this story, there is no Churchill.

Joe wright's style in Atonement is more obvious. Obviously, he is a director who attaches great importance to the literary beauty of dramatic works. In addition to adapting classic literary works for many times and moving them to the big screen, he is also very loyal to the cinematic treatment of text details. The skill of accurately transforming literary expression with lens language truly presents a more three-dimensional artistic aesthetic effect.

For example, when KK had an argument with Yimei, KK walked away angrily, leaving Yimei at a loss how to appease her lover. He can only look at the water in the pool for peace and reach out to try to smooth the ripples in the pool. This detail comes from ian mcewan's original novel, Robbie (a beautiful decoration) touches the pool to try to appease the anger of his lover. In the film, such affectionate and delicate details abound.

There is no doubt that joe wright is also a director who is very good at telling stories, and it is not surprising that Atonement won the Golden Globe Award for best drama in that year, backed by ian mcewan's high-quality original works.

That is a pair of lovers who have separated. Because my sister saw the unusual interaction between my sister and the housekeeper's son, a servant, and even found Robbie's love letter to Cecilia (KK), the children who didn't understand love began to fantasize, and she reported the despicable servant who molested her sister. No one wants to listen to Robbie's defense as a housekeeper's son, and no one takes Cecilia's words as a woman seriously.

They were separated because of people's prejudice. What was more disturbing than their relationship was the world situation at that time. The war spread like poison gas, and Robbie was sent to the battlefield from prison. He has no choice but to plan the future with his lover. Because of the war, they broke up in a hurry.

Since then, every trek is to get close to you, every word written is because I miss you, every morning I look forward to coming back to you, and every battle is for you.

After many years, my sister finally realized what kind of pain she had caused the couple. She imagined that after the war, she would visit them and apologize to them; She imagined that after the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, two lovers lived a happy life at the seaside. She can't forgive herself, so she can only tell this story to more people and seek comfort.

"Operation Generator" sent 335,000 soldiers back to Britain, and the Allies won World War II in 1945. At the dawn of mankind, the love between Robbie and Cecilia is scattered in the haze of prejudice and war.

After watching the cool style of KK smoking in Atonement, you can also see KK's handsomeness at the gambling table in The Duchess.

The protagonist, the British aristocrat and social butterfly at the end of 18, Mrs. Duke of Devonshire-Giorgiya. Here's a little gossip. Giorgiya and Diana, the famous British princess, are both women from Spencer family. Two women from the same family have many similarities in character and fate.

/kloc-Giorgiya, 0/7 years old, married the most powerful man, Duke of Devonshire. The girl longs for love, but all the duke wants is an heir. He even openly allowed his mistress to live with himself and Giorgiya. This is the marriage of three people, and the duke's mistress is Giorgiya's only friend.

Giorgiya, who is beautiful and unobtrusive, turned to seek comfort in social and political activities. "All London fell in love with her, except her husband." . Dreaming of true love and freedom, Giorgiya Na fell into the arms of Whig politician Charles Grey, and they even gave birth to a daughter.

No matter, at the dinner table, facing her husband and mistress; Or did the duke find the residence of Giorgiya Na and Gray, hoping that Giorgiya Na would understand that "maintaining decency is better than satisfying selfish desires"; Even after giving birth to a child with Gray, Giorgiya Na returned to the social circle, facing the gossip of the upper class and the eyes of her former lover. ...

These conflicts, which can explode three liters of dog blood in domestic dramas and make countless girls and Hai Wa's mother cry for the land, have never broken out in The Duchess, and even the facial muscles of the actors have not changed much.

Confrontation exists deeply in the short and decent lines and the fate that the characters can't be independent.

These British films, which tell unique stories, are fashionable and classic, and contain shocking power under the decent British demeanor. The most difficult moment of mankind, the unbearable pain in love and the cold and fierce struggle in history are all integrated into the director's poetic lens language.
