Dijon mustard 2 teaspoons
Tear half a cup of white bread into small pieces.
1 teaspoon lemon peel
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp water (or liquid in canned tuna)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander.
2 tablespoons chopped fresh leeks, shallots or shallots.
Salt and fresh black pepper
Some spray crystal hot sauce or Tabasco hot sauce.
1 raw eggs
2 tablespoons olive oil

1 Drain tuna: Drain the liquid in the canned tuna. If you are using water filled with tuna, please prepare a tablespoon of tuna water, and then add a teaspoon of olive oil to the tuna mixture in the next step.
2 Mix tuna with mustard, bread, passion, lemon juice, water, coriander, leek, Chili sauce, salt, pepper and eggs in a medium bowl, and mix tuna, mustard, shredded white bread, lemon peel, lemon juice, water, coriander, leek and Chili sauce.
