What is the minimum power of laser blinding?

Short-term blindness should be 5 microwatts. Not all wavelengths can cause blindness, and different bands cause different injuries. As follows:

180-3 15nm (UV -B, UV-C), keratitis (corneal inflammation, equivalent to sunburn).

3 15-400 nm (ultraviolet A) photochemical cataract (eyeball lens opacity)

400-780 nm (visible) photochemical damage to retina, retinal burns.

780- 1400 nautical miles (near infrared), cataract, retinal burns.

1.4-3.0μm(IR) water flash (aqueous humor protein), cataract, corneal burn.
