[Scripture: Psalm 121:1-2] ??I will lift up my eyes to the mountains; where will my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.

“God is my help”. God is mine. In my life, I can truly experience that He becomes my help; truly experience that He is in my life. Be my protection in life.

But how do I experience that God is my help and God is my protection? That key is:

First, I have to admit that I need help. If I don't admit it, I will always rely on myself, and no matter how much help I get, I won't be able to get into your life.

The second part, when you admit "I need help", you need to come to God. It is mentioned here that I want to raise my eyes to the mountains.

This is the God I want to look up to.

"Lift up your eyes" means to look up, to look up.

I still say, and often share with you, that one of my favorite hymns is, Turn your eyes upon Jesus.

That looking up is to look up, to look up at God.

Very often, Satan presses our heads down, presses them down,

You only see the number one, look at yourself;

< p> Second, look at the problem, the environment, and the person.

But looking at ourselves, looking at problems, looking at people, looking at the environment,

will only make us more and more frustrated,

more and more losing confidence .

Looking at myself, I feel like I’m just terrible, I’ve exhausted all methods, and I can’t do anything; looking at the problem, it’s really a big problem; looking at people, I’m looking for people everywhere, and others can help me. Not me. Looking at problems, looking at the environment, looking at people, and looking at ourselves will make us more and more desperate and less and less hopeful.

But, make a switch.

The more you lower your head, the more you look at yourself;

The more you look at yourself, the more disappointed you are;

The more disappointed you are, the more you hang your head. Low.

But this vicious cycle needs to be reversed. How to reverse it? The first step is to look up to God, which is my purpose to lift up to the mountains. "Lift your eyes" means "lift up", but what about "eyes"? My eyes are looking up, my eyes are going to be lifted up. First, raise my eyes. What are you looking at? Look at the One who created heaven and earth.

Every word I share today is from my heart. It is wonderful to simply look up to and entrust yourself. Don’t look at yourself or others, but lift up your eyes and look at God. Learn the good qualities of the Lord.

Come on (^ω^)
