The recent epidemic situation is grim. In order to resolutely and effectively prevent the import of epidemic situation and the spread of virus, and ensure the health and life safety of the general public, the measures to strengthen the prevention and control of epidemic situation in public places in the whole region and strictly control the access of public places are hereby notified as follows:

10 From October 29th, 10 strictly implemented measures such as wearing masks, taking temperature, scanning place codes, checking health codes and finding out travel cards in public places in the whole region. Citizens entering entertainment places, cinemas, indoor swimming pools, theaters, bars, gymnasiums, Internet cafes, billiard halls, chess and cards rooms, mahjong parlors, secret escape rooms, foot bath shops, beauty massage parlors, hair salons, bathing centers, scenic spots, cultural centers, libraries, museums and other closed or semi-closed places must hold negative nucleic acid detection certificates within 48 hours or sampling certificates within 24 hours. Food in restaurants in the whole region is restricted by 75%.

Units in public places and residential property departments should implement the main responsibility of epidemic prevention and control, set up eye-catching and clear place codes and tips for wearing masks at the entrance, strictly enforce compulsory temperature measurement, wearing masks, place static code analysis, boarding card and nucleic acid detection certificate or filing inspection, and prohibit people with abnormal body temperature or without wearing masks and health codes from entering, and register and report to the local community at the first time.

The above measures will be dynamically adjusted according to the changes in the epidemic prevention and control situation.
