1. To apply for promotion to Class B qualification of Surveying and Mapping, the following conditions shall be met: the total value of surveying and mapping business completed in the last two years shall not be less than 4 million yuan, and more than two surveying and mapping projects have obtained quality inspection certificates issued by quality inspection institutions recognized by the administrative department of Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information at or above the municipal level.

3. To apply for promotion to Class C qualification of surveying and mapping, the following conditions shall be met: the total value of surveying and mapping business completed in the last two years shall not be less than 500,000 yuan, and 1 above surveying and mapping projects shall obtain quality inspection certificates issued by quality inspection institutions recognized by the administrative departments of surveying and mapping geographic information at or above the county level.
