X-ray manifestations of most interstitial pneumonia are diffuse thin lines, reticular, reticular nodules, thickening of lung texture and emphysema. HRCT (high resolution tomography) can clearly show the detailed manifestations of the lungs. Rubella virus infection can cause interstitial pneumonia changes. At present, the baby's chest film is still the performance of bronchopneumonia, and CT can be done to further clarify if necessary. Cytomegalovirus infection can be treated with ganciclovir, and the course of treatment is usually 6-8 weeks. As for rubella virus, there is no special treatment, mainly symptomatic treatment, prevention and treatment of complications, observation of growth and development.
