3 the phone is overheated or the flash temperature is too high

If the phone is overheated or the flash is used too frequently, the flash may not be used when the flash temperature is too high. Please try again later.

4 Call other applications using flash in the background.

Flash can only be called by one application at a time. Please open the background to confirm whether some code scanning software is used, which makes the flash unusable. Please turn off the relevant software before turning on the flash. If you are not sure whether to call an application that uses another flash memory, it is recommended that you restart and try again.

5 Camera mode does not support flash.

It may be that the camera mode you chose does not support flash, such as time-lapse photography, streamer shutter and other camera modes do not support flash.

6 Clear camera data

Please delete the camera data and try again. Enter settings, search and click to enter application management, and click camera? & gt？ Storage? & gt？ Delete data.

Deleting camera data will delete camera-related settings and data of users who use the camera, but will not clean up photos and videos.
