How to photograph the solar eclipse "Tanghulu"
The poster didn’t say what type of camera you are using
Is it a consumer-grade DC or something else?
And what is a candied haws? I can’t hear it. Do you understand this statement?
I hope the poster can provide complete details of the problem
Received. Understood. I will add my answer
The effect you need is achieved through a camera that can expose multiple times. Cameras that can achieve multiple exposures are generally film SLRs, and some mid-to-high-end digital SLRs have this function. As far as I know, among NIKON's digital SLRs, I only know that the D200 has it. Please read the manual for details.
Let me show you some of the information I reviewed below:
Let’s take a film SLR as an example. Multiple exposure means that after taking a photo, you do not roll it, and then use the same negative to expose it again, so that you can get some special shooting effects. For this solar eclipse photo, the photographer first selected the shooting location, and then visited the location in advance to see the general position of the sun at the beginning and end of the solar eclipse to determine how to frame the scene.
Since the sun rises in the east and sets in the west, and the total solar eclipse and annular solar eclipse last for a long time, the position of the sun will be very different at the beginning and end of the solar eclipse. When the eclipse begins, the sun must be on the left side of the screen and on the right side of the screen when the eclipse ends. The sun must be on the screen throughout the eclipse and should not be blocked by buildings. On the day of the solar eclipse, the photographer would frame the scene according to the method determined during the photoshoot. At the beginning of the solar eclipse, he would add a filter in front of the camera and take the first image of the sun. Then without rolling, after a period of time (for example, 10 minutes), repeat the exposure on the same film and take another sun image, and so on. Due to the use of filters, the brightness of the ground scene was too dark compared to the sun, so it was impossible to take a photo. When a total eclipse or an annular eclipse occurs, take off the filter and shoot the sun directly. Only then can you take pictures of the ground scenery at the same time. For the next rounding process, use the filter again and take photos one by one until the end. In this way, a series of images of the entire solar eclipse were finally captured on one film. It is impossible to capture such a series of images with an ordinary digital camera, but it can be achieved by merging multiple photos in post-processing.
Please refer to the above reference materials slowly. Then, here comes the important point. I have a shooting experience to remind the poster to pay attention - remember, you cannot point the camera directly at the fierce sun and shoot directly! In this way, the CCD or CMOS will be easily burned! Be sure to use light filters or light-reducing lenses to block it. For example, some people use CT films, those used to take care of patients, to block the solar eclipse in front of the camera. In short, there are many ways to do it. Just don’t shoot the sun directly with your lens.
Then you must bring a tripod! Even if the camera does not have multiple exposure functions, it can still be used for post-production synthesis! Just keep the camera fixed and take multiple photos from the same angle at different times and combine them with PHOTOSHOP!
I wish you the best to protect your camera and take wonderful photos.
