The first type: L-shaped composition

L-shaped composition

The second type: vertical line composition

It uses the scenery in the picture to form vertical lines, and the vertical lines are at the top and bottom of the picture. Square will create a sense of derivativeness in the picture, and verticality itself will give people a sense of tallness, slenderness, and growth, which is most suitable for expressing tall buildings and trees.

The third type: symmetrical composition

Symmetrical up and down and left and right. Symmetry above and below the water surface is most commonly used to make the entire picture balanced and calm. Left and right symmetry, expressing beauty.

The fourth type: diagonal composition

A small classification of diagonal composition. The sense of extension and strength is stronger, and the penetration and dynamics are stronger.

The fifth type: radial composition

Such as bicycle wheels. It has the effect of radiating outward and expanding, and the entire screen is very stretched, so it is very suitable for shooting objects with a circular structure. Such as flowers, spider webs, fan (umbrella) bones.

The sixth type: golden section

The most classic composition method. For example, in the nine-square grid composition method, the subject should be placed at the golden section. Thirds dividing point, when photographing people, the subject should be placed on the left or right thirds line.

The seventh type: frame composition

It is actually the composition of the photo itself. Through various holes (door frames, windows, holes, etc.), a unique cave feeling is created to satisfy people's innate desire to spy. The objects in the hole frame are the main focus and are ornamental.

Type 8: Curved composition

Human line composition (S-shaped composition) gives aesthetics a beautiful visual experience. It creates interest and changes in sight from far to near, making it more vivid. I often take photos of roads, rivers, etc., which serves as a visual guide. C-shaped composition, the focus of the picture should be placed inside the C-shape, which extends the imagination space of the picture.

Type 9: Triangular composition

It is a very stable composition. It gives people a feeling of stability, majesty and durability. Usually used to photograph mountains inside buildings and landscapes. The tilted triangle gives the picture a sense of breakthrough, such as shooting the top of an ancient building.

Type 10: Scattered dot composition (checkerboard composition)

The scenery appears in the shape of scattered dots in the picture. Usually used to shoot birds, flowers, still life, etc. It can give the picture a very beautiful sense of order and art.

Type 11: Horizontal line composition

Often gives people a sense of peace and calm. Because the lines have a sense of extension, they are usually used in horizontal frames, which are suitable for expressing large-scale scenery. According to the position of the horizontal line, it can be divided into three small composition methods: high-level line, low-level line and low-level line.

Type 12: Perspective traction line composition (perspective composition)

Express a real three-dimensional space in a two-dimensional plane. Extend the line of sight and expand the sense of space in the picture.

Thirteenth type: diagonal composition

It has a sense of instability and is very dynamic, so diagonal composition is usually used when showing a sense of growth. Secondly, it can also expand and enhance the sense of space in the picture.

Fourteenth: Circular composition (closed curved composition)

It is a type of curved composition. Curves or arcs give people a graceful, soft, and full feeling. Church top, fruit slices, flowers etc.

Fifteenth type: central composition

An anti-rule composition. The subject of the photo is exciting enough that it deserves to be highlighted by placing it in the center of the frame.
