Chapter I General Provisions

Article 12 Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools and projects

Sino-German Joint Undergraduate Training Project (referred to as "2+3 Project" for short): Since 2000, the school has jointly run schools with nine public universities in Germany, including Hanover University of Applied Sciences, Ostfaria University of Applied Sciences, Nuremberg University of Applied Sciences, Kempten University of Applied Sciences, Emdunrell University of Applied Sciences, Coburg University of Applied Sciences, Audenberg University of Applied Sciences, Dresden University of Technical Economics and Erfort University of Applied Sciences. Professional categories are: mechanical, electrical, civil, biological engineering, management science and engineering, computer, design, information and computing science, etc. In the first two years, project students from various majors studied German, public basic courses, professional basic courses and related practical courses in Zhejiang University of Science and Technology. After passing the vocational ability selection examination of German cooperative universities and the German Telford Examination (DaF) held by the German Telford Examination Institute, they can go to the corresponding German cooperative universities to study abroad for three years. For project students who can't or give up studying in German cooperative universities, they can apply to transfer to similar majors in Zhejiang University of Science and Technology to continue their studies. Those who meet the conditions for graduation and degree conferring shall be awarded undergraduate diplomas and bachelor's degree certificates.

China-Australia Joint Undergraduate Training Program (referred to as "China-Australia 2+2 Project"): Since 2020, the robot engineering major of the school has been jointly run by the University of Queensland, Australia, and the international business major has been jointly run by Macquarie University. Students studying in the first and second academic years of Zhejiang University of Science and Technology meet the language requirements and professional performance requirements of foreign cooperative universities. In the third and fourth academic years, study related majors of corresponding foreign universities and complete required courses and credits. Students who meet the conditions of graduation and degree conferment from the two universities during their study will receive our undergraduate diploma, bachelor's degree certificate and foreign bachelor's degree certificate respectively. The domestic tuition standard of students participating in this program is the same as that of ordinary students of corresponding majors in our school, and they must pay Chinese tuition fees normally during their study abroad. Tuition, living expenses, accommodation fees, round-trip travel expenses and third-party expenses during the study abroad shall be borne by the students themselves. The credit mutual recognition fee, project management fee, bridge course fee and other related service fees involved in this project shall be charged separately by the project organizer.

Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools: Sino-German Institute of Engineers is the first non-independent Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools at undergraduate and above levels in Zhejiang Province officially approved by the Ministry of Education in 20 14. The professional partner of civil engineering is Lubeck University of Applied Sciences, the professional partner of electrical engineering and automation is Germany West Coast University of Applied Sciences, and the professional partner of industrial engineering is Germany Zwickau University of Applied Sciences. The college system introduces the talent training system and teaching management mode of the German University of Applied Science and Technology, and more than one third of the courses are taught by senior German professors. Most of China's teachers have long-term German background. The academic system lasts for 4 years and can be completed in the Sino-German Engineer College of Zhejiang University of Science and Technology. All qualified students can go to Germany to study and exchange, and those who meet the conditions for conferring degrees from both sides can get a bachelor's degree from China and Germany.

Sino-foreign cooperative education projects: civil engineering (Sino-French cooperative education), data science and big data technology (Sino-French cooperative education) have been approved by the Ministry of Education, and the school and France's Cyselzi? University of Paris (formerly Selzi? Pontoise University), with a four-year academic system, introduced French course 2 1, of which 15 was taught by French teachers. Upon graduation, those who meet the requirements will be awarded French bachelor's degree certificate, Zhejiang Institute of Science and Technology graduation certificate and bachelor's degree certificate. Economics (Sino-US Cooperative Education) is approved by the Ministry of Education, and the school is organized in cooperation with university of bridgeport, USA, with a duration of 4 years. Chapter III Organizational Structure

Chapter IV Admission

Article 16 Admission principle: the school strictly implements the relevant policies and regulations of the Ministry of Education, adheres to the principle of comprehensive evaluation of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor, and takes the results of cultural examinations as the main basis for admission. Article 19 Foreign language requirements: English, German or Japanese are public foreign language courses in schools (except Sino-French cooperation in running schools). Article 25 Requirements of academic system: The Sino-German 2+3 joint undergraduate training plan and Sino-German cooperative education plan will be limited according to the entrance qualification of German universities, that is, only students with basic education from primary school to high school 12 years will be enrolled, and the student majors of the Sino-German 2+3 joint undergraduate training plan will be determined according to the regulations on student status management of the Sino-German joint undergraduate training plan of Zhejiang University of Science and Technology.

Chapter VI Others

Twenty-ninth freshmen admitted to our school should go through the admission formalities at the school within the time limit stipulated by the school.
