What organs make up the human reproductive system?

The female reproductive system consists of external genitalia and internal genitalia. External genitalia, also known as vulva, refers to the exposed part of reproductive organs, which is located between the inner two strands. The pubic symphysis is in front of \x0d, and the perineum is in the back. It is not a special organ, but is composed of folds of skin and mucosa, including pubic mound, clitoris, labia majora, labia minora and vaginal vestibule, which has vagina and urethral orifice. There are hymen and a pair of genitals in the lubricating gland, including vagina, uterus, fallopian tube and ovary. The latter two are called uterine appendages. Vagina is the organ of sexual intercourse, and it is the channel for menstrual blood discharge and fetal delivery. The front wall is 7~9cm long and the back wall is 10- 12cm long. The upper end surrounds the cervix, and the lower end is open at the back of the vaginal vestibule. The part around the cervix is called the vaginal vault. After sexual intercourse, the uterus is the channel for sperm to reach the fallopian tube; Pregnancy is the position of fetal development and growth; During childbirth, the uterus contracts to deliver the fetus and its accessories. A normal uterus weighs about 50 grams, 7-8 cm long, 4-5 cm wide and 3 cm thick, and the uterine cavity has a capacity of about 5 ml. The uterus is wide, called uterine body, and its two corners communicate with fallopian tubes. The lower part of the uterus is a narrow cylinder, called the cervix, which protrudes from the vaginal vault. The fallopian tubes are a pair of slender and curved tubes with a total length of 8- 14cm. The inner side is connected with the uterine horn, and the outer end is free and close to the ovary. Tubal is the place where eggs and sperm meet, and it is also the channel to transport fertilized eggs to the uterine cavity. Ovary is a pair of flat oval gonads, about the size of walnut, which have two important functions, namely reproduction and endocytosis.
