Characteristics of Longji Terrace
Dazhai, peace village, Longji Village.
Brief introduction of Longjitai
Longji Terrace is a large terrace group in Guilin, where there are several ancient ethnic villages inhabited by Zhuang and Yao nationalities. The famous villages are peace village, Jinkeng Dazhai Village, Guzhuang Village and Huangluoyao Village. It is more convenient to drive to Longji Hua Ting. Most of the fun is to take photos on foot, and you can also taste local farm dishes, live in beautiful homestays and experience ethnic customs.
Take a look at Longji Terrace. peace village is a classic place, where tourism is developed earlier and facilities for eating, drinking and having fun are relatively complete. There are 170 households with a population of more than 700, which are Zhuang villages, mostly Liao Zhuang communities. Terraces are mostly composed of small fields with quiet and beautiful scenery. In autumn, when the crops are ripe, I can only see a golden color. At this time, the terraces in autumn are particularly beautiful. The observation deck in the scenic spot belongs to "Seven Stars Accompanying the Moon" and "Nine Dragons and Five Tigers", but you need to use some imagination when playing. "Seven Stars Accompanying the Moon" refers to the seven hills left by the land reclamation, which accompany the terraced fields like seven little stars like the moon. "Nine Dragons and Five Tigers" refers to nine small ridges separated from the main vein of the Dragon Ridge here. The five slightly raised hills are like five tigers, surrounding the terraced fields and guarding the water and soil here.
Longji Guzhuang Village is one of the ancient villages with a long history in the scenic area, which can be traced back to the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty. There are more than 200 households 1 10,000 people in Longji Guzhuang Village, mostly Zhuang communities with names such as Pan, Liao and Hou. Due to traffic congestion and late development, the original terraced landscape is preserved here, and the traditional stilt wooden buildings distributed along the ridge are original and unique. When you play, you can go up the Qingshiban Road and enjoy the stone bridges, stone tablets and stone carvings that tell the past history. After passing through the ancestral field, you can reach the observation deck of Changgou, overlooking the beautiful scenery of the village. When going down the mountain, you can stand in the "Youlong Xiajiang" scenic spot and watch the terraced fields spiral down like a dragon, which is very spectacular.
In addition to the spectacular terraces, the long hair of Hongyao girl here is also a beautiful scenery. There are 245 households in Dayao Village, Jinkeng, with a population of165,438+030. This is a Yao village, most of which is inhabited by Pan. During the tour, you can choose to go up the mountain along the stone road, first go to the observation deck of "Thousand-layer Ladder" and see the terraces piled up in the clouds like ladders, which is very magnificent. Continue to go up, there is a "Xishan Shaole" observation deck overlooking the terraced fields, which is very spectacular. If you want to go to the "Golden Buddha Top" observation deck and enjoy the magical scenery of the whole mountain sitting like Maitreya, you need to take a cableway directly up the mountain at the foot of Jinkeng Dazhai.
One-day tour: Ping 'anzhuang Terrace or Guzhuangzhai Terrace or Jinkeng Dazhai+Huangluoyao Village. If you only arrange to visit Longji terraced fields for one day, it is recommended to go directly to a village to see the scenery and taste the food of local farmers after purchasing tickets for scenic spots.
Two-day/multi-day tour: Jinkeng Yao Hong Terrace-Pinganzhuang Terrace-Longji Guzhuangzhai Terrace. If you plan to stay a few more days, you can visit Guilin from far to near. Enjoy terraced fields, visit ancient villages and appreciate ethnic customs.
Watching the sunrise on terraces is the only way for many tourists to come here, and even many photographers come for the sunrise. Three sunrise and sunset scenes at Yao Hongtai in Jinkeng: "Little Joy in the West Mountain" is a scene, which is far away, but has a broader vision. It's great to watch the sunrise and sunset. Many promotional videos of Longji Hua Ting were shot from here. The observation deck of "Thousand-layer Ladder" is close to the foot of the mountain, where you can see the stockade of Yao people and feel the integration of humanity and nature, which is suitable for watching the sunset. The "Golden Buddha Top" is the place to shoot the sunset. Because it is far away, not many people used to take pictures here. In recent years, a cable car has been opened at the entrance of Jinkeng Dazhai Scenic Area to reach the top of the Golden Buddha, and it is much more convenient to take pictures here.
Go to Longji rice terraces. You can choose Longji terraces. The scenery changes endlessly with the seasons. The best time to visit is to release water from terraced fields after May 15th of the lunar calendar every year for half a month. And half a month after the Mid-Autumn Festival every year.
