Xuancheng Vocational and Technical College, founded in 2002, is a public full-time ordinary college. College is a provincial-level key supporting institution, an advanced unit of talent work and a provincial-level civilized unit for five consecutive years. The existing two campuses, Xuancheng and Wuhu, have a long history of running schools and profound cultural heritage, which has far-reaching influence both inside and outside the province.

The college has a strong cultural atmosphere and a beautiful environment. After several years of hard work, especially the rapid development in recent two years, the college has accumulated good conditions for running a school. At present, there are 32 majors, including information engineering department, tourism and business department, nursing department, architectural art department, automobile engineering department, basic education department and experimental training center, and there are more than 70 practice training bases inside and outside the province.
