The Environmental Protection Association now has six departments: Office, Foreign Affairs Department, Planning Department, Media Department, Propaganda Department and Logistics Department.

1. Office: personnel file management, taking minutes of meetings and sorting out work summaries; Responsible for drafting and amending the rules and regulations of the association; Financial management; Review and modify the uploaded (online published articles) articles; Management of work permit;

Coordinate the internal relations of the association;

2. Ministry of Foreign Affairs: contact relevant environmental protection departments and personnel, collect sponsorship from companies and manufacturers from all walks of life before the event, draw up detailed sponsorship projects, and be responsible for venue contact, car rental and other matters;

3. Planning Department: Plan the content, process arrangement and budget of various activities, assign tasks to various departments, and integrate a detailed and perfect planning book;

4. Media Department: responsible for contacting all kinds of media, establishing and maintaining websites, and later promoting activities, including uploading relevant information of various activities, member experiences and other materials; Be responsible for photography and DV shooting during the activity; Writing and sorting process of activity summary;

5. Propaganda Department: publicize the activities inside and outside the school in the early stage, promote the sponsors' products during the activities, and be responsible for preparing posters, display boards, banners and other publicity materials; Responsible for keeping all kinds of propaganda tools;

6. Logistics Department: To provide a platform for students to get in touch with enterprises through work-study programs, so that students can get in touch with society as soon as possible and get exercise in practice.

School and social feedback

Through a series of activities, the association has been recognized and supported by schools and society. The Association won the honorary titles of Top Ten Community Cultural Festival and Model Community, and was awarded the title of Wetland Messenger Action Center in 2004. In addition, in June 2005, he successfully applied for the Ford Fund. In June 2005, Chairman Liu Guozhen sponsored our association on behalf of a company.

We have established good cooperative relations with environmental protection organizations in Kunming, such as government agencies such as Kunming Environmental Protection Bureau and Bird Association, as well as various non-governmental organizations such as WWF, Yunnan Ecological Network and Green Watershed.

Every time the association carries out activities, it will be closely watched by various media in Kunming, such as Yunnan TV Station, Kunming TV Station, Kunming Radio Station, Yunnan Information Daily and Spring City Evening News.

The association pays attention to the unity and cooperation with environmental protection organizations in Kunming universities, and can actively contact and organize various organizations to jointly carry out large-scale environmental protection activities.
