How to export the video stored in Sony ex280 camera itself?

The export steps of the video stored in Sony ex280 camera itself are as follows:

1. Connect the EX280 camera with the AC plug-in board using the attached BC-U 1 power adapter.

? ① Connect the DC power output line of BC-U 1 to the DC input interface of the camera.

? ② Connect the power cord of BC-U 1 to the AC power supply.

? ③ Set the mode switch of BC-U 1 to the DC output position.

2. Turn the power switch ON, and then turn on the power.

3. Connect the EX280 camera to the computer with USB cable.
