About photography in the community

This is unreasonable. As long as you don't sneak shots of other people's privacy and don't use other people's images for commercial purposes, you can take pictures. Others have no right to stop it.

But the problem is, you meet a very conscientious security guard, and you can only negotiate with them. You can't go to the police or sue for such a thing.
