My hometown Yanjiao composition
Yanjiao has a long history and profound connotation. It has been an important place in JD.COM since ancient times. It was named because it was located in the suburb of Yan Dou (now Beijing) during the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period. Since the Tang and Song Dynasties, with the help of Chaobai River Wharf and Jingyu Ancient Road, merchants gathered and culture flourished. During the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty, a palace was built in Yanjiao as a resting place for emperors to worship their ancestors. It is called "the palace at the foot of the emperor".
1In August, 1992, Yanjiao was officially approved as a provincial economic and technological development zone in Hebei Province.
1999 12 was approved by the provincial government as a provincial high-tech industrial park.
In 200 1 year, it became the first software industry base and software product export base in the province. In the same year, the establishment of Langfang Yanjiao Overseas Students Pioneer Park was approved.
After more than ten years of healthy and rapid development, Yanjiao Development Zone has become the most dynamic investment hotspot in JD.COM, and it is a modern new zone with developed economy, scientific and technological progress, perfect functions, social civilization and beautiful environment. From 16, Yanjiao Development Zone has developed from a small town of "adobe houses, muddy roads and roadside pubs" to a new town with high-tech enterprises. Because of adhering to the concept of scientific development, Yanjiao Development Zone has not introduced a polluting and eliminated enterprise since 16, and achieved sustainable development.
Yanjiao Development Zone strictly follows the principle of "five highlights" in attracting investment and project construction, that is, highlighting high-tech content, environmental protection and energy saving, investment intensity, investment scale and industrial orientation.
Before 1 6, Yanjiao had a population of only 30,000, fiscal revenue of 50 million, fixed assets investment of only 654.38+800 million and GDP of only 250 million. Today, Yanjiao has a permanent population of 250,000, just across the river from Beijing. Now, more than half of sanhe city's 2 billion annual income comes from Yanjiao. Yanjiao government strives to achieve sales revenue of 83 billion yuan by the end of the 11th Five-Year Plan.
Yanjiao, now more and more beautiful, has become a quasi-medium-sized city with a permanent population of 300,000 and a built-up area of 42 square kilometers. It is estimated that there are 654.38 million Beijing residents who own real estate in Yanjiao, and various economic resources are flowing into Yanjiao continuously. Recently, Yanjiao invited photographers from all over the country to visit the development zone and hold an international supermodel competition, which shows that Yanjiao people are becoming more and more confident.
geographical position
Yanjiao enjoys a unique geographical position, located at the core of the Bohai Economic Circle around Beijing, Tianjin and Bohai, just across the river from Beijing and 30 kilometers away from Tiananmen Square in the center of Beijing.
It is 25 kilometers away from the Airport Capital Airport and 20 kilometers away from Tianjin Port/KLOC-0. It can serve as a link between East and West, North and South latitude and longitude, and provides an excellent platform for integrating into Beijing and Tianjin, pitching the whole country and connecting with the world. Jingha Expressway, Jingqin and Daqin electrified railways run through the east and west, and Beijing 930 bus runs through the whole territory. Jingtong Expressway connects Yanjiao with the center of Beijing.
From the Sixth Ring Road to the Seventh Ring Road, and from Sanhe to JD.COM, Yanjiao has been mentioned many times in the planning report of Beijing's "New Seventh Ring Road" under the background of Beijing's internationalization. The Second Report on Urban and Rural Spatial Development Planning of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, presided over by Academician Tsinghua University Wu, a famous planning expert, puts forward the ideas of "New Seventh Ring Road", "Capital Second Airport" and "One Axis and Three Districts". In the planning, the Seventh Ring Road extends outward to the junction of Beijing and Hebei, connecting Zhuozhou, Gu 'an, Langfang, Xianghe, Dachang, Sanhe and Pinggu in turn from southwest to northeast. Take these towns as the development points of the new city, adjust the industrial structure, further alleviate the development pressure of the central area, strengthen the traffic contact with the peripheral cities, and jointly move towards "regional cities." In 2006, this idea has been partially realized, and the "Mizhuo Line" from Zhuozhou to Miyun has started construction.
