At this time, open Photoshop and cut the original image directly into 16:9 (this will look like a movie screen, which they say is ergonomic).

Note: I have two Photoshop, because Photoshop CC 20 14 has no "oil painting" filter (but this is useless, you can use the "dry brush" filter), so I used Photoshop CC. Complete the camera raw data filter.

Then use "magic wand"/"quick selection tool" or other matting methods you like to dig out the slag in the photo.

Change into the animation style sky material prepared before, and adjust the size and position slightly.
