How can I join the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles?

The China Federation of Literary and Art Circles implements the group membership system. At present, there are 50 group members, namely, Chinese Writers Association (administrative independent unit), Chinese Dramatists Association, Chinese Film Association, China Musicians Association, China Artists Association, Chinese Quyi Artists Association, Chinese Dancers Association, China Folk Artists Association, Chinese Photographers Association, China Calligraphers Association, China Acrobatics Association, China Television Artists Association, Federation of Literary and Art Circles of 32 provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. The China Federation of Literary and Art Circles has the responsibility of liaison, coordination and service to the members of various groups, and undertakes matters that need to be arranged by the members of the groups as a whole. The highest authority of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles is the National Congress of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and its elected National Committee. The National Committee elects a chairman and several vice-chairmen to form a presidium. The Presidium has a secretariat, which presides over the daily work of the meeting and establishes necessary working institutions.
