How to make chicken wings at home:

Main ingredients: 8 chicken wings.

Accessories: 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper, 1 tsp white sesame seeds, 1/3 tsp chicken essence, 4 tbsp honey.

Steps:

1. Wash and drain the chicken wings, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence, mix well and marinate for more than 1 hour.

2. Mix honey water: 4 tablespoons of honey plus 2 tablespoons of water.

3. Use kitchen paper to absorb the marinated chicken wings (this step cannot be omitted, otherwise the taste will be affected).

4. Brush the chicken wings evenly with a layer of honey water or wrap the chicken wings evenly and place them on the grill.

5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, place the chicken wings in the middle and lower layers, and bake for 25 minutes.
