2. Recruitment plan

3. Recruitment conditions
Those who have obtained a bachelor’s degree or above certified by the Ministry of Education must meet the following conditions:
(1) Possess Chinese People's Republic of China and nationality;
(2) Abide by the constitution and laws;
(3) Have good conduct;
(4) Position requirements Required academic qualifications, majors or skills recognized by the state;
(5) Physical conditions suitable for the job requirements;

Persons with the following circumstances are not allowed to apply:
(1) Persons who do not meet the requirements for the recruitment position;

IV. Recruitment methods and procedures
(1) Registration and qualification review
1. Registration time: October 28 - November 1, 2013 (8:00-11:00 am, 14:30-17:00 pm). Registration procedures will not be processed after the deadline.
2. Registration location: Human Resources Department, Tongcheng People’s Hospital.
3. Registration method: Applicants need to fill in the "Tongcheng People's Hospital 2013 Open Recruitment Qualification Review Form for Professional and Technical Personnel" (Attachment 2, which can be downloaded and printed by yourself or collected on site. The examination fee is charged according to the standard of 45 yuan per subject for the written examination stipulated by the Provincial Price Bureau and the Department of Finance Anhui Price Fee [2009] No. 118, and the written examination fee is 45 yuan. The extremely poor people in rural areas and those living on minimum living allowance in cities can enjoy the policy of reducing or exempting written examination fees. 4. Qualification review: During the review, if the information filled in by the applicant does not match his true information or the qualifications required for the recruitment position, his or her qualification will be cancelled; the information after passing the review shall not be changed. . After the deadline for registration confirmation, applicants for the same position must compete. In principle, the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of job openings should not be less than 3:1. 5. 3. Written test content and score:
(1) Applicants for the 2013013 position: clinical medical knowledge, full score is 100 points. The main contents are internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology.
(2) Applicants for the 2013014 position: clinical expertise in acupuncture and massage, with a full score of 100 points. The main content is professional knowledge related to acupuncture and massage.
(3) Interview
(1) Determination of interview candidates: The interview candidates are determined according to the planned number of positions and the written test scores from high to low in a ratio of 1:3 (the last one If the finalists' written test scores are tied, they will all enter the interview), and the candidate's written test score must reach 50 points to be determined as an interview candidate. For positions that are less than the proportion of candidates for the examination, interviews will be conducted based on the actual number of applicants. If the actual number of interviews is equal to or less than the number of positions planned for recruitment, the candidate's interview score must reach 60 points before he or she can be determined as a candidate for the preliminary round.
(2) Interview content: The interview is conducted in the form of a structured interview, which mainly examines the applicant's appearance, logical thinking, verbal expression, overall quality, awareness of love for the job, etc. The interview score is 100 points.
(3) Pay the interview fee (80 yuan/person) as required before the interview.
(4) Interview time and location: will be notified later.
(4) Total score synthesis
The total score of the candidate is composed of 50% of the written test score and 50% of the interview score. The scores are rounded to two decimal places.
(5) Determination of preliminary candidates:
Personnel applying for the 2013013 position: Based on the total test scores of the candidates and the recruitment quota, 12 candidates will be determined in equal numbers from high scores to low scores. And according to the principle of professional consistency, 9 clinical positions and 3 imaging positions have been determined. If there are not enough shortlisted candidates in the imaging major, candidates in the clinical medicine major will voluntarily choose positions based on the principle of giving priority to candidates with high scores. Candidates for 2013014 positions: Based on the candidates’ total test scores and recruitment quotas, candidates with equal numbers from high scores to low scores will be selected as preliminary candidates.
If there is a tie among the finalists, the relevant provisions of Anhui Renshemi [2011] No. 263 document will be implemented, that is, those with higher academic qualifications will be given priority; if they have the same academic qualifications, those with professional qualifications will be given priority. If the academic qualifications and professional qualifications are the same, priority will be given to the applicant with the longest working experience and professional experience. If the above principles still cannot distinguish, additional tests will be conducted to confirm. (The supplementary procedure shall be implemented in the event of a tie in results.)
(6) Physical examination
A unified physical examination will be organized for the selected candidates, and the physical examination standards will be implemented in accordance with the newly revised "General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)". Physical examinations are organized and implemented by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Applicants who fail to pass the physical examination should be informed in a timely manner of items that fail the physical examination. Those who have any doubts about the conclusion of the physical examination can apply for re-examination on the day after the conclusion of the physical examination is announced. Otherwise, the re-examination will be deemed to have been abandoned and the re-examination will only be carried out. once. The re-examination results must be signed and confirmed by the hospital, medical examiner and supervisor at the same time, and the candidate shall be notified. The results of the physical examination of candidates applying for re-examination shall be subject to the conclusion of the re-examination. If you still fail the re-examination, your qualification will be cancelled. The cost of physical examination and re-examination shall be borne by the applicants themselves.
(7) Inspection
Those who have passed the physical examination will enter the inspection. The inspection will be carried out in accordance with the "Implementation Rules for the Assessment and Recruitment of National Civil Servants in Anhui Province (Trial)", focusing on whether the inspected objects are qualified for the recruitment position. Qualification requirements; ideological and political quality, ability quality, compliance with laws and regulations, moral character cultivation, whether there are any violations of disciplines and situations that need to be avoided, etc., and their qualifications will be reviewed again at the same time.

(8) Public announcement and employment
Based on the results of examinations, inspections, and physical examinations, we will research and determine the candidates to be hired, and publicize them to the public for 7 days. The General Office of the Government's "Notice of Forwarding the Opinions of the Provincial Department of Personnel on the Pilot Implementation of the Personnel Employment System in Public Institutions throughout the Province" (Wan Zheng Ban [2006] No. 13) stipulates the signing of employment contracts for public institutions and the establishment of personnel relationships.
Employed personnel shall be subject to a one-year probationary period and professional qualification access system. The probationary period is included in the employment contract period, and probationary period benefits shall be implemented in accordance with relevant national regulations. After the probationary period expires, those who fail to pass the assessment and those who are college graduates who fail to obtain the corresponding professional qualifications within two years will not be restricted by the initial employment period, the employment contract will be automatically terminated, and the employer will terminate the employment. The remuneration of employed personnel shall be implemented in accordance with relevant national and provincial regulations, and relevant procedures such as employment, classification, and salary standard verification shall be handled uniformly by the employing unit.
Recruited personnel may not apply for job transfer within the city’s health system within three years.
5. Work Discipline
