Key points of landscape shooting skills

Key points of scenery shooting skills, there are many beautiful scenery in our daily life, and sometimes these beautiful scenery are like a flash in the pan. If we want to share with others, we need to keep these beautiful scenery by shooting. Below I will show you the key points of scenery shooting skills.

Key points of scenery shooting skills 1 1. Decide the theme, scale and adjust the composition.

When taking a landscape photo, you must remember that you can't just lift it blankly, but find the theme of the picture in the landscape. In the above picture, the distant mountains become the theme of the picture. In order to control the composition, you can use a variety of lenses from wide angle to telephoto, or you can try to express the scene in a vertical way.

2. Try to keep the picture horizontal or vertical.

When taking landscape photos, you should pay attention to the fact that the picture can't be tilted. When shooting, the grid lines are displayed in real time, which can be used as a reference for detecting whether the picture is horizontal or not. In addition, some models are equipped with electronic level meters, so it is recommended to use them flexibly. You can also use a level that can be hung on the camera's hot shoes, or a level with a tripod.

3. Fix the camera with tripod.

As mentioned earlier, using a tripod can make the composition more stable. Also, when using Av (Aperture Priority Auto Exposure) mode to narrow the aperture for shooting, if the light is weak, the shutter speed may decrease, so be sure to prepare a tripod.

Step 4 focus on infinity

When shooting a distant view such as a landscape, the focus position is at infinity. If you want to focus accurately, you can use the real-time display function to enlarge the LCD monitor screen and focus manually according to the enlarged detail definition, so that you can focus more accurately. Focusing ring at infinity is easy to cause focusing error, so it is not recommended.

5. Suppress the vibration caused by camera action.

Especially when shooting with telephoto lens, even the action of camera endoscope will become the cause of picture jitter. To suppress the action of the mirror, it is suggested to use real-time display to shoot. Because the real-time display shows that the reflector has risen in the shooting state, there is no bouncing vibration. In addition, the mute mode that makes the mirror quiet and the mirror pre-lift function that can lift the mirror before shooting are also very effective. It can also be released with a cable, and pressing the shutter button will not cause vibration.

Tip: Using PL-C circular polarization filter can get clearer picture quality.

Circular polarization filter is often used when taking landscape photos. It is a kind of filter that uses polarizing lens to bend light, which can make the sky bluer or the foreground clearer. In addition to the above effects, it can also inhibit the reflection of the water surface, so it is also very effective to shoot the lake. In addition to suppressing the random reflection of light and improving the contrast of the picture, it can also filter out harmful reflected light and faithfully restore the tone of the subject. When using a wide-angle lens and a circular polarizing filter, in order to avoid dark corners, try to choose a polarizing filter with a thin frame. When choosing a polarizing filter in the market, be sure to choose the one with the same caliber as the lens in your hand.

When shooting natural scenery with many trees, sometimes the disorderly reflection of leaves on light will make the picture appear blurred. At this time, it will be very effective to use circularly polarized filters.

Key points of scenery shooting skills 2 How to shoot water features

The shooting of water features can be roughly divided into: beaches, rivers, streams, lakes and so on.

When shooting scenery at the seaside, the beach often looks empty. Photographers should observe and think more when choosing pictures, and reasonably choose and arrange the foreground (rocks and coconut trees), the middle scene (fishing boats sailing in the sea) and the distant scene (clouds on the horizon). Pay attention to the balance of sea level when taking pictures and composing at the seaside, otherwise the striking diagonal lines in the photos will make the viewers feel uncomfortable. At the same time, because the beach line has not changed, the photographer can choose a higher position and shoot obliquely with the waves or the beach to create a visual effect. Banners are relatively used for composition to show the breadth of the sea. In addition, the beach is full of light, and the film should be ISO 100. Here, you can also tell the photographer a way. If the sky is cloudless and the picture is dull, you can install Gao Jian rainbow mirror in front of the camera, and the shooting effect will give you a bright surprise. When shooting the river, the photographer should cut off the curved part of the river, guide people's sight with curves, pay attention to adjusting different tone levels, and use the flowers and trees on the shore as the foreground. When shooting rivers (seascapes) in the morning and evening, you can take more photos by increasing or decreasing the compensation exposure to obtain photos with different tone effects.

When shooting a mountain stream, because the scene is small, the photographer can choose the composition method of shooting in the middle of the stream or diagonally, and at the same time use vertical shooting to deepen the depth of the picture and obtain greater scene effect. Shooting stream is mostly sketching, and photographers should win with light and color. Due to the dim light in the mountain stream, a tripod is used to stabilize the camera when shooting. When shooting streams or waterfalls, photographers can use a high shutter speed (1/500 seconds) to freeze a clear picture, or use a slow shutter speed (1-3 seconds, depending on the flow rate) to create a dreamy flowing water like smoke. If the light is bright, you can also install a high-intensity reducing mirror in front of the camera. If tourists don't reduce the mirror, they can use multiple exposures to achieve the same effect. Only this method needs exposure value conversion, so it is not recommended for beginners. When shooting the scenery of streams, it is appropriate for photographers to prepare ISO200 film because of the narrow area, lush vegetation and dark light.

When shooting the scenery of the lake, because the water surface is as calm as a mirror, visitors can pay attention to shooting the reflection in the water to show the tranquility of the lake. Of course, throwing a stone into the calm water, causing ripples, or rowing across the boat can increase the movement of the picture and make the form active. Therefore, photographing the water features on the lake is a very creative way.
