Is it really that hard to recruit female photographers?

The reason why there are few female photography assistants or photographers is because of the nature of their work. Photographic assistants often need to move and carry, and there are many professional photographic equipment (needed in some scenes). Women's singles are rarely compared with men's singles in strength, so few women's singles are recruited from the perspective of saving time and cost and caring for equipment!
