Articles of Association of Future Teachers of Guangxi Normal University

Article 1: Nature of the Association: The full name of the organization is "Future Teachers' Association of Guangxi Normal University", which is a school-level association established on the basis of all students who love the teaching profession in Wangcheng Campus, Yucai Campus and Yanshan Campus of Guangxi Normal University. Accept the direct leadership of the Youth League Committee and the unified management of the Federation of College Students' Associations.

Article 2 Purpose of the Association: to strengthen each member's familiarity with teachers' profession, cultivate each member's teaching ability, exercise each member's practical ability and skills, improve each member's academic accomplishment and pioneering and innovative ability, and make the future development of teachers meet the needs of social development.

Article 3: Purpose of the Association: "Cultivate the teaching ability of future teachers, realize their platform dreams and show their personality charm", carry out rich and beneficial campus cultural activities and create a harmonious and civilized campus atmosphere.

Article 4: Association motto: Be a teacher by example, be a teacher by example. Article 5 Membership: All students who study in various departments of Wangcheng, Yucai and Yanshan campuses of Guangxi Normal University, who have loved the teaching profession since childhood and are interested in becoming people's teachers, can apply to join (non-normal students can also join). The basic criteria for auditing members: loving the teaching profession since childhood, determined to be a people's teacher, meeting the basic conditions of future teachers, having high ideological and cultural quality, being responsible, being able to bear hardships and stand hard work, and abiding by the Code of Practice for Students of Guangxi Normal University and the articles of association of this association.

Article 6: Rights and obligations of members

Right (1) has the qualification to participate in various training activities and practical activities of the association.

(2) Having the right to vote, to be elected and to vote.

(three) have the right to put forward suggestions or opinions to the Council of the association.

(4) Give priority to the services of this Association.

(5) Have the right to recommend new members.

(six) have the right to ask the association to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.

(7) Have the right to join voluntarily and the freedom to quit.

Obligation (1) Abide by the articles of association and accept the leadership of the association.

(two) actively participate in the activities organized by this association, and obey the arrangements of this association.

(3) If a member withdraws midway, he shall submit an explanation to the Council of the Association, and the paid membership fee will not be refunded according to the regulations.

(5) Other obligations stipulated by relevant laws and regulations.

(six) members to carry out activities in the name of the association shall be approved by the Council of the association.

Article 7: Membership card

(1) Membership cards are issued to members recognized by the Association.

(two) the membership card issued by the Council, stamped with the official seal of the association and the official seal of the Federation of College Students' Associations.

(3) If a member leaves the club or school after graduation, his membership card shall be marked with the date of abolition by the Council and will not be withdrawn. Article 8: The Association shall be responsible to the President under the leadership of the Council. The Association consists of six departments: Presidium, Office, Propaganda Department, Foreign Affairs Department, Finance Department and Skills Department. The president, the branch president and the head office minister jointly form the board of directors. The term of office of members of the Council is one year.

Article 9 The president of this Association shall meet the following requirements:

(1) Adhere to the Four Cardinal Principles and support the Party's line, principles and policies. Good conduct.

(two) love the teaching profession, determined to become a people's teacher, enthusiastic about the work of this association, and have a certain ability to organize activities.

(3) Obey the leadership of the Youth League Committee, observe discipline, and have the spirit of being willing to serve students and teachers.

(4) No disciplinary action.

Article 10: Specific responsibilities of each department

(1) Rights and obligations of the Council

1. Each director has the right to make suggestions and make joint decisions on the development and planning of the association.

2. Discuss and solve various problems within the association together.

(II) Responsibilities of the President: The President is the core representative of the Association, representing the Association externally, presiding over the overall work of the Association internally and being responsible for the mobilization of internal human resources.

(3) Office: responsible for the communication of letters and notices of the Association and office management, including the communication of meeting notices, meeting minutes and information, with emphasis on office management and planning.

(4) Propaganda Department: it is mainly responsible for the activities organized by the Association, making posters, ink paintings, leaflets, publicity manuscripts and blogs.

(V) Finance Department: responsible for the financial management and equipment management of the Association.

(6) International Liaison Department: it is mainly responsible for contacting enterprises to find cooperation projects and actively absorbing various legal and reasonable sponsorships.

(VII) Skills Department: responsible for the planning of relevant training and experience exchange meetings, as well as the evaluation of the skill level of the members of the Association.

Article 11 Methods for the formation of the president and the general meeting of members:

(1) All members of the Association should register voluntarily.

(2) Hold a general meeting of all members of the Association, and candidates will attend the meeting. Members shall vote by secret ballot, and the president and directors shall be elected by the difference.

(three) members of the general assembly need to be supplemented for various reasons during their term of office, and the following procedures shall be followed. When the president is vacant, the Council or the Youth League Committee and the Federation of College Students' Associations nominate and recommend candidates, and notify all members. If the director is vacant, he shall be nominated by the president, discussed and approved by the board of directors, and all directors shall be informed.

Article 12 A member of the board of directors shall be dismissed in any of the following circumstances:

(a) within the association, resulting in disunity within the association.

(two) improper use of the funds of the association.

(three) bad style, which is detrimental to the reputation of the association.

(four) a total of three times without reason not to participate in activities or meetings organized by associations and councils.

(five) to seek their own interests in the name of the association. Thirteenth: At the beginning of each semester, complete the registration of the association in the Federation of College Student Associations, submit the main activity plan for this semester to the Federation of College Student Associations, and obtain the consent of the teachers of the Youth League Committee of the school to further improve and perfect the implementation plan of the activity planning.

Fourteenth: Actively carry out activities that can cultivate and improve the ability of future teachers, and improve the quality and language expression ability of members.

Fifteenth in order to advocate the atmosphere of respecting teachers and teaching, do some voluntary activities for the school and society. Such as love education activities. In order to improve the training of teachers' teaching and research skills in the future, senior teachers' experience exchange meetings, chalk word competitions, classroom speech competitions and other activities are held regularly. Article 16: The sources of funds of this Association are:

(a) Membership fees paid by members of the Association.

(two) funds allocated by the Youth League Committee to support the development of the association.

(three) corporate sponsorship or other forms of social donation.

(four) the funds obtained by the association through fee counseling and fee training.

Article 17: Financial Management

(1) The financial affairs of the Association shall be managed by the Finance Department.

(two) to carry out various activities, we should pay attention to saving costs, and all expenses must be signed by the president before they can be effective.

(three) the association funds must be used for the development of the association, and no one may misappropriate them without permission.

(four) income and expenditure should be recorded in detail, informed on schedule, and accept the supervision of members and college student associations and the Youth League Committee.

(5) If each department needs to use the membership fee for community activities, the minister needs to make an oral application to the president, and after the application is passed, it will be paid in advance with a valid invoice or receipt for the president's signature. After the president signs, he will submit the reimbursement form to the finance department, which will verify the situation and hand over the funds to the applicant. The reimbursement form should indicate the source and time of funds.

Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions

Article 18: The amendment of the Articles of Association can only be carried out with the consent of more than two thirds of the members of the Council meeting of the Association.

Article 19: The right to interpret the Articles of Association belongs to the Future Teachers Association of Guangxi Normal University.

Article 20: The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of approval.
