D4 Panjiayuan Temple of Heaven Yonghegong Wudaoying Hutong imperial academy Fang Jia Hutong

Panjiayuan is a famous antique market in China, and also a famous "Taobao" market. The reason for scouring is that most "antiques" are fake, but if you have an eye for price, you can still find very good real antiques here ~ Panjiayuan usually opens at five or six in the morning, so it's time to scour for goods! If you come late, you can only regard it as a scenic spot.

A little north of Panjiayuan is Tiantan Park. Tiantan Park is a place where ancient emperors offered sacrifices. The Temple of Heaven adopts the architectural structure of "the sky is round and the place is round", and the main hall is the "Hall of Prayer for the Year". You need to buy tickets separately to enter the Hall of Prayer for the Year. Today, the Temple of Heaven is a leisure and fitness park for Beijingers and a creative park for many photographers.

After visiting the Temple of Heaven, you can have lunch nearby. There are many restaurants around the Temple of Heaven, all of which are delicious. If you want to go to the Lama Temple to burn incense and worship Buddha, you can "invite incense" outside (on the street of the Lama Temple), and the price is much more fair! There is a ginkgo avenue at the entrance of Yonghe Palace. Every autumn, the golden ginkgo leaves begin to fall and spread the sermon. How beautiful!

Coming out of the Lama Temple, there is an alley called Wudaoying Hutong opposite. Wudaoying Hutong is a new gathering place for young artists. There are famous restaurants such as "Grape Garden" and "Crocus", as well as various specialty shops, cafes and bars.

To the south of Wudaoying Hutong is imperial academy Hutong. Imperial academy, formerly known as Chengxian Street, was the original examination room and an institution of higher learning for scientific research. You can visit the most sacred place in the hearts of ancient literati. On both sides of imperial academy Street, the Huaiyin passageway, the east and west ends of the street, and the archways on both sides of imperial academy Gate are painted, which is the only ancient street with four archways in Beijing.

Further south of imperial academy Hutong is Fang Jia Hutong.
