The night scene project of Jingzhou ancient city wall won the first prize of China Lighting.

Approved by the National Science and Technology Awards Office, the "Night Lighting Project of Jingzhou Ancient City Wall Section" stood out among more than 270 projects in China and was selected as the first prize of the 7th China Lighting Project. This marks that our city's engineering projects have won awards in the country and achieved a major breakthrough. Three projects won the first prize: the night lighting project of Chongqing Garden Expo Park, the night lighting project of Wanping Old Town in Beijing and the night lighting project of Xi Cultural District.

China Lighting Award is the only scientific and technological award in the field of lighting in China. Since it was officially launched in February 2006, it has gone through seven selection activities. There are hundreds of projects participating in this selection activity in China, and finally 29 lighting awards were selected from 90 shortlisted projects. There are four grades in this * * *, including four first prizes, seven second prizes, seven third prizes, and excellent nomination prizes 1 1.

In order to fully display Jingzhou's urban personality and cultural heritage, improve the city's taste, and let the night scene show and continue the city's face and charm. The municipal party committee and municipal government put forward the general idea of greening during the day and lighting at night, creating a new urban landscape, polishing the city's business cards, grasping the environment, grasping implementation, promoting revitalization, and fully promoting urban management. And decided to focus on the construction of night lighting projects around the ancient city landscape belt, Zhongshan Park, Hu Wen Park, Jingsha River, etc., and promote the promotion of the whole urban landscape through the night lighting projects of important nodes in the urban area.

Entrusted by the municipal government, the Municipal Urban Management Bureau, as the owner of the project, started the night lighting work of important nodes such as the landscape belt around the ancient city in May last year. Publicly solicit domestic high-grade design concepts and schemes, and hire national authoritative lighting engineering experts to review the design schemes. Li Xinhua, secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, and Li Jianming, mayor of the city, presided over several special meetings on city night lighting to check and supervise the progress of the project, and determined the design theme of "Moon Run Perfect Wall, Dream Race Boat". The meeting emphasized that the whole night scene design scheme should make full use of the characteristics of water system, unify the style and color, and highlight the atmospheric, quiet, far-reaching and quaint features of ancient city walls, moats, Jingsha River, Hu Wen Park and Zhongshan Park. With high-grade design scheme and domestic first-class night lighting construction units, we will make every effort to build night lighting projects at important nodes in urban areas to ensure the natural evolution and reasonable transition of the whole urban landscape belt from historical vicissitudes to modern urban vitality.

During the construction period, Party Secretary Li Xinhua, Vice Mayor Li Jianming, Li Guobin, Wang Shouwei and other leaders at all levels visited the site for many times to guide the work. While fully affirming the work progress and night scene effect of the construction unit Shenzhen Golden Lighting Industrial Company, they repeatedly told us to shorten the distance between design and construction and create a high-quality night scene project in the city. Municipal Housing Construction Committee, finance, gardens, cultural relics, city investment, street lamp bureau, planning institute and other relevant departments work together to coordinate construction problems on the spot. In order to let more citizens know about the progress of the lighting project, the Municipal Urban Management Bureau also held a "National Tour of Jingzhou" activity for more than two months. The whole night scene design scheme has a high level and standard. The design concept highlights the main body of Jingzhou regional culture, grasps the principle of "seeing the light but not the light, brightening the old as before", fully integrates light and shadow with the scenic environment, organically integrates the heavy Chu culture with the modern atmosphere of history, pays attention to highlighting the characteristics of humanization and personalization, and reproduces the historical features of Jingchu.

After the completion of the whole project, in order to achieve scientific, energy-saving and environmental protection purposes, its control system adopts remote wireless remote sensing, scientifically applies short message platform, and reasonably controls the opening hours of working days, general holidays and major holidays. Judging from the current operation situation, the landscape belt of Jingzhou ancient city (Xiaobeimen-Gonganmen section), Zhongshan Park, Hu Wen Park and the night scene around Jingsha River in the central city are more charming and become a beautiful landscape. It is reported that in September last year, the authoritative expert group of national night scene lighting set the tone for the night scene lighting in Jingzhou, and the municipal government has started to prepare a special control plan for the night scene lighting in the whole city, and recently started the night scene lighting construction in the second phase of Jingzhou ancient city wall landscape belt and the core landscape area facing the street and facing the lake in Shashi District, striving to present a generous gift to the general public before the "Eleventh" this year.
