Name of excavator parts

Common excavator structures include: power device, working device, slewing mechanism, control mechanism, transmission mechanism, walking mechanism and auxiliary facilities.

1, walking device

The traveling device, namely the chassis, comprises a crawler frame and a traveling system, and is mainly composed of a crawler frame, a traveling motor+reducer and a pipeline thereof, a driving wheel, a guide wheel, a sprocket, a roller, a crawler and a tensioning buffer device.

2. Working device

Working device is the main part of hydraulic excavator. At present, the backhoe working device of SY series excavators is composed of boom, bucket, rocker arm, connecting rod and hydraulic pipeline of working device including boom cylinder, bucket cylinder and bucket cylinder.

3, power transmission route table

Transmission route of driving power: diesel engine-coupling-hydraulic pump (mechanical energy is converted into hydraulic energy)-distribution valve-central rotary joint-driving motor (hydraulic energy is converted into mechanical energy)-reducer-driving wheel track chain to realize driving.

Transmission route of rotary motion: diesel engine-coupling-hydraulic pump (mechanical energy is converted into hydraulic energy)-distribution valve-rotary motor (hydraulic energy is converted into mechanical energy)-reducer-slewing bearing-to realize rotary motion.

Transmission route of boom movement: diesel engine-coupling-hydraulic pump (mechanical energy is converted into hydraulic energy)-distribution valve-boom cylinder (hydraulic energy is converted into mechanical energy)-to realize boom movement.

Transmission route of arm movement: diesel engine-coupling-hydraulic pump (mechanical energy is converted into hydraulic energy)-distribution valve-arm cylinder (hydraulic energy is converted into mechanical energy)-to realize arm movement.

The transmission route of bucket movement: diesel engine-coupling-hydraulic pump (mechanical energy is converted into hydraulic energy)-distribution valve-bucket cylinder (hydraulic energy is converted into mechanical energy)-to realize bucket movement.

4. Composition and function of power system

Oil inlet system: oil tank → hose → hand pump → coarse filter → fine filter → diesel engine.

Oil return system: diesel engine → hose → oil tank (the oil return volume is relatively large and used for partial cooling).

Extended data

Excavators, also known as digging machines, are earth-moving machines that use buckets to dig up materials above or below the bearing surface, load them into transport vehicles or unload them into the yard.

The materials excavated by excavators are mainly soil, coal, sediments and pre-loosened soil and rocks. Judging from the development of construction machinery in recent years, excavators have developed relatively rapidly, and excavators have become one of the most important construction machinery in engineering construction. The three most important parameters of excavator are working weight (mass), engine power and bucket capacity.

There are two common driving modes of excavators: internal combustion engine-driven excavators and electric-driven excavators.

According to different sizes, excavators can be divided into large excavators, medium excavators and small excavators;

According to the different walking modes, excavators can be divided into crawler excavators and wheeled excavators;

According to the different transmission modes, excavators can be divided into hydraulic excavators and mechanical excavators. Mechanical excavators are mainly used in some large mines;

According to the use, excavators can be divided into general excavators, mining excavators, marine excavators, special excavators and other different categories;

According to the bucket, excavators can be divided into front shovel excavators, backhoe excavators, pull shovel excavators and grab excavators. The front shovel excavator is mainly used to dig materials above the surface, while the back shovel excavator is mainly used to dig materials below the surface.
