How did Edison invent the camera?

As early as 1885, shortly after Goodwin invented celluloid film in the United States, Edison thought of making movies with this film. 1889, Edison invented the camera. This camera is driven by a pointed roller 19mm wide non-porous adhesive tape. Under the control of a ratchet wheel, it drives the adhesive tape to move intermittently and punch holes at the same time.
