How should children's photography be illuminated?

As the main lights, the flash lamp and the beam tube are respectively arranged on the left and right sides in front of the figure. The values of the lamps are the same, one is far and the other is near, so as to maintain a certain contrast between light and shade. The lamp position is about 10cm higher than the figure, and the beam tube shapes more concentrated light, which outlines the details of the figure and clothing well and makes the overall feeling of the figure more stereoscopic and vivid.

A soft box is arranged at 90 on the right side of the figure to provide front lighting. The lamp position is about 30cm higher than the figure and 50cm away from the figure. On the left side of the figure, about 40 cm away from the figure, a white foam reflector is placed. The feathering light of the soft box is well mapped to the figures and foam reflectors, creating a soft atmosphere of the whole picture, and the details of figures and clothes are richer and more attractive.
