Behind-the-scenes tidbits of juvenile fantasy drifting

In order to take photos underwater, Ang Lee took his two children to learn diving together, and he also got a diving license. In order to shoot this film, the leading actor suraj sharma received intensive special training in Taiwan Province, including survival skills, swimming and balance training. Through strict diet control and physical training, Sura changed from a thin boy weighing 150 kg to a muscular man weighing 167 kg. Suraj sharma couldn't swim at all when he was chosen. After receiving strict training from stunt director Charlie Cromwell and stunt actor Cameron Cromwell, he became an excellent swimmer. In the early stage of production, Ang Lee wanted the crew to experience the power of the sea personally, so he went deep into the storm with the director of perspective and other production members in the speedboat of the Coast Guard. The 9-foot-high waves rolled the sturdy speedboat. In the flying fish scene in the film, thousands of fish fly on the sea. The prop group made a lot of rubber flying fish for this scene. During the filming process, the staff kept throwing at the protagonist Sura and the boat, while the flying fish in the foreground was synthesized by digital animation. Because the "tiger" in the film is closely related to "The First Hero", the real tiger can not meet the needs of shooting, so the tigers in the film are all made of CG.
