What kind of light bulbs should be used in a small studio with only two lights?

In principle, the following conditions should be met:

1, easy and stable dimming;

2, the dimming circuit is simple, and the light can be turned on instantly;

3, no flash; High brightness, convenient for optical design of spotlight;

4. Good color rendering;

5. The color temperature is 3800 150K.

Incandescent lamps and tungsten halogen lamps are suitable for the above conditions.
